We have a 72 hr ticket.... - We have a 72 hr ticket. Have been on the tram and both bus routes so far, and it’s been really good so far. The quality of commentary has been excellent and informative. Looking forward to the boat ride

Excellent Value For Money Experience - The ticket includes a tram trip and a river cruise as well as the hop on hop off bus routes and was very good value for money for a 72hr ticket. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. Good way to see Lisbon.

Hop On, Hop Off Boat , Monastery, City Centre - The boat ride can be done more than once within the hours of your pass. You can go to the Monastary, Belem Tower, and then to City Centre. There are many good seafood restaurants along the river, as well.

Bought the 96 hr pass.... - Bought the 96 hr pass. The inclusion of the Red Trrolley negated need to stand for an hour line for the famed #28 as it basically follows the same route. Also access to the boat trip & other trolleys saved time & expense. Redtrolley driver personable & fun. Worth the cost.

Don't lose your paper ticket - Had my very flimsy paper ticket blow away in wind on first day of a 96 hour ticket. Surprisingly no way to replace lost ticket. Company is anxious to get your online booking and money but no satisfactory customer service afterwards referring to their general terms of service is not satisfactory

Bus trips not worth it. - Boat and tram trips good (frustrating not to be able to hop on / off the tram), but bus tour poor. First 9 stops were just in the concrete jungle of modern Lisbon, and that was not even the ‘modern Lisbon’ route. Then a long slog out to Belem where the queues for each stop were so long you didn’t get off for fear of not getting back on.

My husband and I find hop... - My husband and I find hop on hop off tours very helpful and have done a number of them. This was our worse experience and wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. The bus driver would give very little time for the passengers to get on or off. The passengers wouldn’t be seated or up the stairs and it would take off. Wanting to get out was a joke if you were on the top level because you couldn’t get down the stairs fast enough. Our driver was talking loudly on the phone the entire time we were on the bus.

Cancellation - I was unable to use the ticket as my mum was unwell. I have been in contact many times aa it says you have a 14 day cancellation policy on your website but am yet to hear back.

Not recommended, horrible customer service - We booked this trip with coworkers and friends. There was a blackout on Monday April 28 and we only rode one stop before the yellow bus company said all buses were halted. Unfortunately we could not use the trip the next day as we left the location. I tried to ask for reimbursement and the company Yellow Bus tours denied my request and my travel agent. I would not recommend this company and I should have booked with City Sightseeing tours instead. Caveat emptar buyer beware!
