A relaxing, authentic cruise - Not your standard touristic boat cruise, neatly seated in rows among 30 retired people - this one felt really authentic and relaxing. The kind that just makes you want to lay down on the wooden deck, watch the blue sky and let yourself be rocked by the waves. It was a truly beautiful cruise on both sides of the river. The staff was very kind and did a (non invasive) and instructive commentary in 3 languages.

Sunset Boat Cruise - It was an enjoyable cruise with a good commentary. The crew was very helpful and generous with the wine. It was well worth it.

Our Last Cruise down the Tejo- Couldn't have chosen better - The young woman (Malabha) who was our guide provided us with a running commentary on the landmarks and the history/political history of Lisbon/Portugal. She was extremely knowledgeable and we had opportunities to ask questions. She was very engaging. She was clearly passionate about her country and wanted to share as much as possible with us in that regard. Was our last tour before heading back to Canada and we couldn't have chosen better.

Beautiful, informative, and relaxing— My favorite way to see Lisbon!! - My mom and I went together on this beautiful scenic ride through the Tagus River. The boat was very authentic and lovely, it felt like something out of 100 years ago (but totally safe!!). The staff was super nice, the guide woman was great and answered all of our questions in addition to very interesting commentary throughout the visit. The two people sailing the boat were also very nice (the younger one was very good-looking), and even let us take pictures of us sailing the boat! The price was very reasonable, I felt like it would be at least twice that if it were in my home country. The scenery was gorgeous, and there were very few of us on since I took the afternoon one. I would recommend not going at sunset (you can’t see the city as well and it’s super crowded), and doing this at the beginning of your trip. ALSO there is a bathroom on the boat!! Total lifesaver. There was a lovely breeze on the water as well, very relaxing.

An excellent experience on a traditional boat - I had an excellent experience! The crew were so lovely. Elisa, Pedro and Bernardo made me feel so welcome and provided lots of information without it feeling too much. It was special to experience the Tagus on a traditional boat rather than a modern tourist boat. Pedro was even kind enough to let me steer the boat for a while. A fantastic experience all round. Thank you!

NOT guided - just a boat ride - There was no narrative of things we were seeing. We enjoyed being on the water and feeling the breeze after a long travel day. Your started 1/2 hour late and was not guided.

Could be better - The views are very pretty and going under the bridge is awesome. It was equal parts tour guide talking and play loud music. I had hoped there would be more history and commentary.

No guide on the boat! - Unfortunately our experience didn’t match the really good reviews. The start location was changed which was fine, but the boat showed up 30 mins after we were meant to depart, with no communication. This caused a lot of confusion. When we did board, there was no guide or communication at all - the boat simply travelled up and down the river. The boat is lovely but without a guide it’s hard to describe this as a sightseeing cruise! If it is a non-guided cruise it needs to be described as such.

Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable experience! - This company offers boat tours in ALL weathers – without any adequate protection for customers. During our trip there was no roof or any way to protect ourselves from rain. The result: All passengers were completely soaked. It is particularly annoying that the tour was not cancelled despite obviously bad weather conditions and according to the provider is also not cancelable. That doesn’t seem customer-friendly or responsible to me. I paid for a safe and pleasant boat trip – not to come back completely soaked and dissatisfied.
