I fell in love with the REAL Lisbon thanks to this tour! - Before Teddy’s tour, I liked Lisbon — but I didn’t love it. It all felt a bit too touristy. I’m a traveller, not a tourist, and this was the experience I was craving. This tour changed my opinion of Lisbon. Teddy took us through hidden neighbourhoods, filled with amazing food, stories, and soul. We ate Brazilian, Indian, Spanish and more, quite literally it was a global feast. Plus, he adapted the whole tour to suit our small, eclectic group. We listened to live Fado during dinner, and later caught a local Brazilian band playing in a private local bar; simply pure magic. One moment of mindfulness really hit me hard after a recent personal loss, and this lovely group of strangers embraced me. It was healing in ways I didn’t expect. Teddy helped me fall in love with real Lisbon, the version with rhythm, depth, flavour and heart that we all picture in our heads. I’ll absolutely be back for more.

A Truly Enriching Multicultural Experience – Unforgettable! - I cannot recommend this multicultural tour highly enough—it was truly one of the most enriching and inspiring experiences I’ve had while traveling. From start to finish, the itinerary was thoughtfully designed to offer a deep, authentic look into the diverse cultures, traditions, and histories that make this region so special.
Each stop on the tour introduced us to vibrant communities, delicious traditional cuisine, local music, and meaningful conversations that gave us more than just surface-level understanding.

Highly recommend! Amazing unique and authentic local tour! - Teddy is knowledgeable and took us on a unique tour that felt very authentic and tailored to the group’s preferences. I loved that he took us to unique local spots with no other tourists and also showed us a wide range of sights and local spots. We tried a number of different types of food along the way and had such amazing conversation. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and was able to better experience the city as well as see it in a new light. It was by far my best night in Lisbon! Highly recommend!!!

Cultural Hybridization - Teddy offered a very personalized tour with a wealth of knowledge. He wanted us to see the "real" culture and history of Lisbon and Portugal. I was amazed to learn how interwoven art and music is into the culture. I would highly recommend joining this tour if you want more than the average tourist excursions.

A truly authentic and real experience in Lisbon! - Wow! This tour was one of the best experiences i been having here in Lisabon. It opened up to a more deeper understanding of some cultural life and history. Definitely a real and authentic experience where Teddy guides you through areas, places and communities, where you meet local people and get to know and support there buisnesses.
After doing this tour i feel that this city got way more interesting for me, there is a whole world to explore and Teddy guides you through it in a enthusiastic way. Its really felt that his passionate about his work and that every place and community he introduces you too is very close to his heart.
Im soo grateful for this journey, too finally get a more real feeling of Lisbon, away from the typical touristic views.
Thank you Teddy! Truly recommend this tour. I wish I could give you ten stars ⭐️

Love it! - If you are in Lisbon you must take this tour! I came with my friends and one of them has been here for 10 years and even he enjoyed it so much. I think the most special thing about this tour compared to the other ones is that you can tell Teddy really enjoys his work and he cares about the people, everyone in the group! He knows everyone on the street. Even after the tour he shares a community for people to join. I am happy I did it and learned so much about the multi cultural Lisbon and got to know some interesting people!

Wonderful multicultural off the beaten path tour! - Teddy was a passionate guide and full of information about the immigrant history of Lisbon. Bring your walking shoes because it’s a marathon of a tour, including lots of small bites and tastings, amazing street art and beautiful views. Being serenaded by fado musicians during dinner was a perfect touch. We supported lots of small local businesses and got to see a side of Lisbon that most tourists probably won’t. We were exhausted by the end and didn’t get to go to see the Brazilian musician set at a local joint, but I’m sure it would’ve been a jam session. Thank you, Teddy! Highly recommend!
