Rodrigo, our driver-guide, was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. He transformed our trip from sightseeing to a truly immersive cultural experience. His insights into Portuguese history and his recommendations for local cuisine were invaluable. The comfortable Mercedes Van and seamless itinerary made for a stress-free and unforgettable journey. I highly recommend Premiere Tours and especially Rod!

Highly recommended, 5 star tour, 5 star guide - My wife and I, US citizens over 65 ages, spent 5 days with a guide, Rodrigo, exploring Portugal, everything north of Lisbon.
A fantastic, delightful experience. Our guide Rodrigo was fluent in English, steered us to the right places, we enjoyed spending time with him over the tour. Always arrived early, very helpful and respectful, just a truly fantastic trip, my wife was delighted with our choice of Premier Tours. Thank you Jorge.

5 day tour, 5 star experience, 5 star guide! - Unbelievable experience in Portugal! Thanks to Premiere Tours and our knowledgeable, friendly guide Sandra, it could not have been better. From the moment she picked us up from the airport in a beautiful, sparkling, clean van (and nice touch with beach scent car air freshener lol) we knew we were in the right hands. She was very professional, always with a smile, and always eager to answer any questions (thanks Sandra for your patience.) In a short amount of time we visited fabulous cities, ate delicious meals and learned so much about Portuguese culture. Best time ever, felt comfortable, relaxed, never felt hurried, and the weather cooperated!!! Would do it again in a heartbeat. We nailed it with this tour…

5 days Portugal tour - Portugal is a lovely place, the food and the wine, fantastic. But the most amazing thing was the company that provided this tour and especially the guide. Sandra is extremely professional, nice and smart. I fully recommend.

Relaxing - Just returned from the trip and it was incredible. Sandra, our guide was extremely professional, very knowledgeable about every stop and always with a smile in her face. The van was always clean and in good condition. Would recommend her and this company for your next vacation in Portugal.

Amazing and professional tour! - Our trip to Portugal was an amazing one thanks to the high standards, professionalism and friendly service of Premiere Tours and of course Sandra, our guide, who was simply the best! She welcomed us with a smile, and we felt at home from the very first moment. Her knowledge of the beautiful places we visited was extreme. She was attentive, always ready for us!
The tour van was spotless, very comfortable and new. My friends and I had the most wonderful experience of our lives! And, we definitely want to go back to Portugal and discover more of this surprising country through the eyes of Sandra!

Wonderful in depth tour of the highlights of Portugal - We just returned from our fantastic trip all over Portugal. Jorge was wonderful on all levels. Always extremely professional, reliable and safe. His recommendations for our itinerary were right on. He took us all over Portugal. We saw more than we ever would have seen if left to our own devices. A treasure trove of historical and cultural information left us truly appreciating the magic of Portugal. We will be back soon!

Wonderful tour guide and driver - We travelled Portugal ( 2 adults and one teenager) for a week with Jorge and had a wonderful experience in every way! The vehicles were very comfortable and clean and Jorge's expertise of his country and its history was outstanding. He recommended great restaurants and wine and port-tastings along the way and helped us with ideas for the itinerary. We visited Lisbon, Coimbra, Porto, Obidos, Sintra and Cascais. His services enabled us to just relax and enjoy ourselves and we can't wait to go back and see the rest of the country with him! We highly recommend Premier Tours!

Disappointing service - Disappointing service received particularly from Sandra who was our driver and supposedly guide. We requested a personalised tour with driver and guide and instead we got Sandra. She was moody all the way through the trip, very difficult to deal with and with a very negative attitude to any request. Difficult to communicate as she doesn’t speak Spanish so half of any conversation was lost in translation. Not sure if she is a qualified guide but spent most of the time looking for parking after dropping us off and whenever requested she provided very basic information. Vehicle was very basic van, which was dirty when first arrived with empty bottle of water.
I write this after having completed another week of travel through Spain where we could compare the service and was extremely higher standard with high spec vehicles, driver and a knowledgeable guide. Will not recommend for anyone looking for high quality service
