- Torre de Belem - Belém Tower, officially Torre de São Vicente, is a fortification located in the parish of Belém, municipality and district of Lisbon, in Portugal. On the right bank of the Tagus River, where Belém beach once existed, it was originally surrounded by water all around its perimeter. Over the centuries it was surrounded by the beach, until today the mainland was incorporated. One of the ex libris of the city, the monument is an icon of the architecture of the reign of King Manuel I, in a synthesis between the keep of medieval tradition and the modern bastion, where artillery pieces were arranged.

Tour of Lisbon - You truly get to experience all of Lisbon in comfort where other vehicles are not allowed to travel. Driver is extremely well versed on the history, sights and culture, and is also very personable!

The perfect way to see Lisbon for the first time - This was the perfect way for us to see Lisbon for the first time with an amazing guide. I feel like we saw the entire city in 4 hours! Ricardo is very knowledgeable as he was born and raised in Lisbon, and was also accommodating to when and where we wanted to spend time. Highly recommended!

Great and highly recommended - A wonder. Ricardo, our guide and driver, was great. In the 4 hours of the tour he made a tour of all the places we asked and others we did not know and loved, and told us a lot of things about Lisbon. Very friendly at all times, adapted to the waiting times we asked at each stop. The car, perfect.
I booked the tour only two days in advance and with no references other than the few and excellent reviews on the web, and I join them, because everything was great. I recommend it without hesitation.

Lisbon Tour - Luis our driver was friendly and very knowledgable of the Lisbon History. We were always one stop ahead of all the tourist buses. Wonderful half day taking in all the best of Lisbon.

Great Day in Lisbon! - Luis took us to all the amazing monuments and all the greatest places to take amazing pictures. He had great knowledge of the city and shared all the information with us. We were very lucky to have him as a guide! The luxury Mercedes that picked us up at the ship was amazing and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this tour to our friends!

Great private tour of Lisbon - Bruno arrived early to pick us up in the port. He had a comfortable station wagon that was able to take our oversized walker in the back. Born and educated in Lisbon, he was delighted to show off his city. He spoke excellent English, as promised. He knew the historic monuments, the best place to find delicious "pastelles de nata" - traditional cream pastries. As he drove through the city, he answered questions and pointed out places of interest. If in Lisbon again, we would definitely ask for Bruno.

Not a tour, a private driver it is. - Not a tour, but a private driver. They forgot about us (system failure, as they said). We waited for about 45 minutes (that was not the problem) and they said they’ll send a guide. Gonçalo was pretty friendly but he stated from the beginning he is not a tour guide but a driver.
So basically we took a van around town and learned near to nothing about Lisbon. Watching a documentary on YouTube could have been faster and cheaper.
So, it’s not a tour. It’s a van ride around town.
