First Super Fun Trip to Lisbon with Gus - Our tour guide Gus was awesome! So helpful, polite and fun! He was very knowledgeable about the history and lots of interesting facts! So personable. He made our trip very memorable!

A super experience with living tours in Lisbon - The experience we had with (Peter) our guide was special as apart from speaking Portuguese he spoke tb other languages very fluent and impressed us, his knowledge about the country and its very complete history (a complete guide) the tour we did to Sintra with living tours was magical, the organization , the details and the care because we are well and comfortable was a point in favor . I recommend this tour to everyone as it is very complex and you know a lot and clear not to forget to ask for Pedro that you will not regret .

Highlight of my trip - This was probably the highlight of my trip to Lisbon. The car was super comfortable, and our guide, Pedro, drove very nicely and carefully. The possibility of visiting three must‑see places in the Lisbon area in just one day — Sintra, Cabo da Roca, and Cascais — was truly wonderful.
I would like to mention Pedro again: full of sympathy, good vibes, and knowledge. Without him, the experience would have been completely different. He was passionate about his job and his hometown, and always open and friendly.
If I return to the city, I will definitely book another trip with Living Tours.

Our guide was a kind and... - Our guide was a kind and mindful gentleman with whom we had an informative and scenic tour at a pace set to our own needs. Pena Palace was well worth the trip.

Exceptional - A trip to repeat Pedro and Andriu the very nice friendly and attentive guide explaining everything and making the tour very enjoyable, without hesitation to repeat more tour with him.

Perfect day trip - We loved the tour enlivened by our guides Pedro Franco and Andrew who were super friendly. The minivan ride is super comfortable. Highly recommended.

Tour changes - First - the tour company - even though they confirmed my tour when I paid they sent messages on Monday wanting me to move the date of my tour but not telling me why and then said I could keep it on the date planned. They proceed to bother me again the next day by saying they were canceling and could I take a different tour with little time to research or plan. I made the wrong choice...
I chose to switch to a Evora that also included wine tasting because that was part of the experience I wanted while in Portugal. This tour took us to Evora which was a pretty city but other than walking us through the chapel made of bones the tour guide pretty much had us walk up a hill and said see you in 3 hours and eat somewhere. No real guidance or explanation other than other people have had great food. This was very disappointing and felt like a waste of a day plus I apparently picked the wrong restaurant because my food was not good. Then we drove to the wine tasting - which was NOT a traditional wine tasting. The wine was very good but we were in their production area the whole time and had to drink while standing/walking around rather than sitting to enjoy and discuss the wine. We couldn't go to the last place I think it was supposed to be a palace because we stayed at the winery too long - the guide didn't say anything about timing just that we couldn't go to the palace.
The guide was terrible in addition to not managing time or actually guiding us - he spend a good deal of time explaining how we should go to wine tasting in Sintra (WHICH WAS MY PLAN!!) so I guess I picked the right tour but the company only sells it well while on a bad tour.
