A fantastic day with guide Mauro – highly recommended! - We had an amazing time on the Sintra wine tour with our guide Mauro! From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized and relaxed. Mauro was full of interesting insights – always engaging, never too heavy – just the right amount of fun facts to keep things entertaining and informative. The tour was done in a comfortable mini van with just 8 people, which made the experience feel very personal and intimate. At no point did we feel rushed; Mauro really made sure everyone was enjoying themselves and making the most out of their vacation. A great example of his hospitality: at the end of the tour, he even took into account where everyone was staying and dropped us off accordingly – such a thoughtful touch! If you’re considering this tour, do it – and if you get Mauro as your guide, you’re in for a treat!

Two words: Absolutely Fantastic - We met 3 other couples that were travelling together from Montreal Quebec Canada and Dyego Gaspar was our guide. We ourselves are from B.C. Canada. The trip to Sintra castle was pretty mellow as everyone was getting to know each other. After exploring the castle, which was amazing, we had a drink and snack in the town of Sintra. Dyego was fantastic as a guide, explaining The history and all other tidbits of info. He was polite, friendly and funny all rolled up into one. Not to mention the group we were with. The wine tour, the town of Cascais and the most western point of continental Europe were all amazing. Thanks to Dyego and the group of 6 we were with we had one of the most fabulous tours anyone could ask for. We also want to mention Iara at Living Tours that sold us the tickets for this fantastic day. 😁

Dyego is the best guide - Our guide Dyego was very informative, friendly and funny. There were 8 of us on the trip, all strangers, and it felt relaxed in everyone's company. He gave us a great summary of the history and culture of Portugal and Lisbon which was outstanding. It is a full day involving a lot of walking but there are transfer buses to the palace which was free to the grounds. It was helpful having Dyego to walk around with us and then to give free time to explore the different places. We all got on so well that we ate together at a restaurant and had a really good laugh. Would highly recommend this tour.

Great tour. Fabulous guide. Impeccable weather. Non-rushed sight-seeing. Lovely wine tasting. - The full day tour to Sintra, Cascais, Cabo da Roca from Lisbon, along with wine tasting, was extremely well curated, with enough time for each place, without being rushed. The guide, Matteo, was also full of knowledge and extremely courteous and helpful. The only issue which can be improved is provision of drinking water (may not be small plastic bottles, owing to environmental concerns, but provision to re-fill our own bottles from a water cannister in the boot of the vehicle).
