Amazing time - Its was amazing time here. I was enjoying every moments. Relaxing, nice decorations, very polite staff, comfortable zones. Highly recommend

If you treat yourself to one thing in Lisbon, this should be it - For disabled customers, be aware there are steps in/out of pools and to access the water spa area. Staff exceptionally helpful and moved my walker for me so I was able to use it to get to the rails. For me, with full power but balance and pain issues this was completely manageable and so worth the benefits!
First time pain free in over 6 years after this treatment (fibromyalgia/CFS/POTS). I use a visible tracker which showed that I hit a full “rest” cycle while in there so actually conserved “pace points” while in there. This was a lovely relaxing experience, money well spent, great value for money.
I will prioritise going back when next in Lisbon.

Care of Excellence - I went to this spa earlier this month and I only have good things to say. The service is excellent, super attentive professionals. I would like to leave a special thanks to the employee “Carlos” for the sympathy and dedication to the well-being of clients.
The service itself is also impeccable.
I got out of there completely revitalized. I recommend 100%.

Wonderful - Not exaggerating this is the best Spa . Amazing hospitality and energy and hygene and have all the facilities. But Most importantly if it wasn’t for My therapist the whole experience wouldnt really feel the same. His name is Simon. I really do every week massages in Dubai and I came for vacation here in Lisbon and for real he is the Best .

Relaxing and amazing spa experience - I had the facelift treatment along with the water therapy circuit. As soon as I arrived at the spa, everyone greeted me happily and they explained on detail about the water therapy as well as my chosen treatment. Afterwards, I was taken to the changing rooms and later to the water circuit. The hot tubs were amazing, and I also used the sensory showers along with the sauna. I felt very relaxed afterwards as I had lots of bodyaches due to having surfed the days before. Sarmi was in charge of my treatment and she was very welcoming and nice. She explained all the steps of the facelift treatment and ensured I was always comfortable. I can definitely recommend the spa to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Margarida is the best!! Excellent spa!! - The spa and my therapist were absolutely terrific! Everything from start to finish was divine. The attendants are very professional and the water treatment is excellent. Highly recommended. I have been there two times and both times were consistent in quality and value. I did the full day treatment and it was a complete decadent experience. My therapist, Margarida, was one of the best in recent memory - and I spa a lot! You should definitely ask for her and you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

Cold hot tub - Beautiful spa and wonderful employees. The breakfast was delicious. The massages were fantastic. Unfortunately, the hydrotherapy experience left something to be desired. The “hot tub” was lukewarm!!! It was such a let down. Very much looked forward to it after the cold plunge. So disappointed. Pretty unacceptable for a spa of this quality.

Hydrotherapy - Got access to the hydrotherapy section, and it was very pretty, with many options. I will have to say I was bummed the jacuzzi was cold. I was really looking forward to that even when paying a good amount of money just to use it since this hotel doesn’t have a public one. Other than that it was a good experience.
