• Praia do Guincho - The activity lasts approximately 2 hours. The surf experience will take place at either Carcavelos beach or Guincho beach, depending on your surfing ability and the ocean conditions.

The surf lessons include both practical and theoretical components. Each lesson begins with an explanation of the spot’s conditions (the beach, wave types, currents, reference points), followed by warm-up and stretching exercises. Initial exercises and explanations are conducted on the beach (paddling, board positioning, take-off techniques, water safety, balance). Afterward, participants will enter the water to apply what they’ve learned on the sand. In the water, instructors will provide constant supervision, offering feedback on performance, assisting in wave selection, and correcting positions if needed.

The only request is to relax and have fun!

WHAT TO BRING: Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, water, and comfortable clothing & footwear.

There is no need to bring any surfing equipment. Wetsuits and surfboards are provided.
