• The Burren - The name Burren means ‘Rocky Place’ in Irish. It resembles a lunar landscape made of limestone. This unique rocky terrain was once covered by ice and water but is now an exposed seabed above sea level. The Burren is perfect for a short getaway along the Wild Atlantic Way.
• Wild Atlantic Way - A picturesque coastal drive offering views of the Atlantic Ocean, Aran Islands, thatched cottages, castles, farms, horses, sheep, cattle, and the Burren.
• Dunguaire Castle’s Medieval Banquet - A 16th-century castle located on Ireland’s western coast in Kinvarra along the Wild Atlantic Way. There is a small fee for a self-guided tour, or you can take photos from the outside and visit the gift shop.
• Doolin - Doolin is a charming seaside village with traditional pubs where you can stop for lunch and shop for traditional Irish clothing.

Depart Dublin early morning and see the best of the west and return to Dublin that evening. The Cliffs of Moher are a UNESCO Geo Park and Ireland’s most popular sight. The unique rocky limestone landscape of the Burren is ideal for a short break along the Wild Atlantic Way. We pop into a lovely Irish Pub in Doolin, optionally you might do a Cliffs of Moher Cruise before we drive the Wild Atlantic Way to Poulnabrone Dolmen and Kinvarra for photos of Dunguaire Castle, then return to Dublin.
