The Call of the Falls

As a wildlife photographer and an ardent lover of Africa, the allure of Victoria Falls was irresistible. Known locally as “Mosi-oa-Tunya” or “The Smoke That Thunders,” this natural wonder straddles the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe, offering two distinct but equally breathtaking perspectives. My journey began with a sense of anticipation, knowing that I was about to witness one of the most majestic spectacles on Earth.

Upon arriving in Livingstone, I was greeted by William, a friendly and knowledgeable driver who would be my first guide into the heart of Zambia. As we drove towards my lodge, he pointed out elephants grazing in the distance, a sight that never fails to stir my soul.
