Unbelievable, right out of Mutual of Omaha. - The Stanley Livingstone Preserve is a 15,000 acre private reserve. Keep that in mind, because there is no guarantee you'll see any particular species. It's the bush, the animals are free to roam and they have a lot of space to do it. Our experience was storybook. Sikhulu (sp?) was an amazing guide. The shared knowledge about the animals was terrific. The coordination between the four tours taking place meant we knew exactly where to go if there was a sighting. For our safari, we scored big. 5 of the 11 rhinos on the preserve, zebras, giraffes, roan, kudu, baboons, mongoose, and to top it off we watched a pack of painted dogs hunt a roan. It was amazing. Keep in mind that there are no guarantees in the bush, but these people are top notch and it could well be the highlight of an amazing visit.

5 Days with African Safari Experience - We had a wonderful 5 days with Steve and his employees.Steve is vibrant and is constantly working! He makes you feel very welcome and just makes you feel like a long lost friend! Steve and Misheck picked us up from airport. Showed us around Livingstone and later Steve took us to a place to eat that was wonderful and along the river. Our days included: a hike around Victoria Falls on the Zambia side and the experience of a boat ride to Livingstone Island with Devil’s Pool, a must! Later we visited an African cultural village. Next day we explored Victoria Falls from the Zimbabwe side. Another hike along the rim and the most beautiful! Then lunch at the famous Victoria Falls Hotel, built in 1904. Later in the evening we boarded a boat for a ride on the Zambezi River and saw more wild life, like hippos! One morning we went to a wild lion reserve and lucked out to see them all around a pool of water! We also were blessed to go into Mosi-oa-Tanya NP on a walking Safari to see the amazing White Rhinos and a baby one too! Another evening my husband went to an orphaned elephant preserve. He said it was amazing and he was able to feed them! Our days with Steve and his team (Misheck, Vinnie, Sandie, Friday & Nick) were wonderful. These are the highlights I mention but it was so much more! Steve works with you once you are there…you already have an itinerary but he gives you even more options to experience a once in a lifetime trip! Thank you Steve and team for giving us the best of Zambia/Zimbabwe and so many awesome memories! And Steve, thank you for the coins! 😘

Unique Experience - Had a fantastic time and unlike other safari companies in Livingstone, you get a guide and a driver so have two knowledgeable pairs of eyes on the lookout for wildlife. The walking safari is a unique chance to study animal tracks and learn about other aspects of the bush and culminates in being able to experience the rhinos up close and personal.

Safe & Unforgettable First Walking Safari - It was our first walking safari, and at the beginning we had a few safety concerns. Steve (the owner) immediately reassured us with a detailed explanation of the itinerary and answered all our questions quickly over the phone. • Excellent communication & organization • Knowledgeable and friendly guide (Mr. Friday) & driver • Clean, comfortable transport • Tasty snacks • Felt very safe: no predators like lions, always kept a 40m distance from the rhinos, and were accompanied by both an armed ranger and our guide We started at the Zambian border and were conveniently dropped off at our hotel in Livingstone. Highly recommended — we’d definitely book with Steve again!

An exhilarating experience in Zambia - The Bush medicine walk combined with the rhino walk was well worth it. To experience the majestic rhino close up was brilliant. We not only talked about trees and plants but even little things in the bush. Thank you to Vincent our guide who was very interesting to talk to.
