BEST DEAL IN TOW - DON'T MISS IT!!! - Terrific Driver. Very well organized. Clean, comfortable Bus. Great itinerary. Excellent narration in English. Very good musical interludes. Fine itinerary, with the best stop in Montero - especially the funicular ride to the top and back.

Got to see it all! - The people running it were very nice And helpful. It was like serendipity. Every time we looked for a bus it was there. When we got up to the Funicula it was there. It definitely saved us a lot of steps.

Informative but short hours - You could only board at 10 am. There is a shuttle from cruise terminal that takes you into city and a representative meets you there They run on the hour and last one is 2 so hard to get off and explore and get back in time. Bus was very bumpy but it was a great way to get a feel for the city

Disappointing - Hop on hop off bus only had 1 bus running every hour . No information other then the map given to us . We almost missed the bus by a few minutes and they called the driver to return.

Misleading pickup point - Misleading as it did not start at the cruise port as mentioned. Aimed for the 10 am start and got off the ship at 9:20am. Imagine the surprise when we were told we'd to take a shuttle into the city and then get the HOHO bus. We missed the 10am bus by like 3 mins. At the early hour, there wasn't much to do but sit around and wait for the next bus. Also, the bus didn't stop at the any of the last two-three stops. We had to walk back to the stop we'd wanted. Other than that, not much else to see and do there.

Livorno Limited on Buses - We loved Livorno, but there was only one Hop On Hop Off bus available for the tourists. There were long waits at each stop. The tour was good, if you had patience at the stop!

Chaos - Poor directions. Bus station is not outside the cruise but 20 min into town. No signs where to go anywhere. If you don’t book specific time you may not get on, and have to take an hour for the next. . It is nothing like other hop on hop off busses in other cities.

don't bother - The bus was very hot. Everything in Livorno was closed due to a holiday so there was nothing to see.

Livorno - Arrived in Livorno to find out that the bus wasn't running because of engine trouble. Have requested a refund, which I hope will be forthcoming. Did a lovely canal cruise instead!!
