Booked online but ran out of time - Booked online without issue. On the day we ran out of time so asked if we could delay the tour for another date. This was allowed with no problem and with a smile!

The activity is a good... - The activity is a good introduction to the area. We took both the blue and red routes and the commentary was informative. We took the buses later in the day so we did not have time to get off and explore any of the stops.

A must trip to Conwy when visiting! - Friends and I always use the open top bus to visit Conwy on a Saturday when we stay in Llandudno. Lots of interesting facts read out along the way and several pick up points. Regular service there and back. Slightly cheaper for us over 60s! Well worth a round trip to Conwy!

Not worth it - I am a big fan of the city sightseeing buses and have used these in many cities in England and other countries. However, I am very disappointed with this specific route. There is not much to see. Most of the route was driving through residential areas. There are only two stops worth getting off at, and that is Conwy Castle and Llandudno Pier. Everything else in between isn't worth it. I did enjoy the commentary. There were some interesting facts that were shared. It cost £15 per adult and your ticket can be used for 24 hours. That is a positive part of this bus company. Personally, I would not recommend this one. I'd rather have driven between the two main stops or caught a taxi.

Not worth the money - This is hop on / hop of. 10 stops. The only thing is it doesn’t stop at all stops. We wanted to get off at Conwy Quay. It went past before we realised it. It only stopped at Conwy and Llandudno West Shore then back to Llandudno Pier. So 3 stops instead of 10. When we got off I mentioned it to the lady selling tickets. She said he was supposed to stop at all stops and she would speak to the drivers. We tried again later in the day. I asked the driver if he was stopping at Conwy Quay and he said the stop is just round the corner so you have to walk a short distance. I said that was fine and that we definitely wanted to hop off there. Again they didn’t stop at most stops so we missed it again. Not worth the money

Get the local bus. - Me and my son did the hop on off bus paid 30pounds for 2 adults then we went on the local number 15 local bus to Conwy and paid 12.50 return that was for both of us not each we got the number 5 back which runs very regular so not worth the money.

Late - Stopped in Conway on return the bus was due at 11.45 so we got to the bus stop at 11.30 eventually arrived at 12 20 very poor service would not reccomend. £26 for a couple could have used a taxi as the route was nothing special.

Misleading. - The advertising is a bit misleading, the blue tour (£10) is not a hop on ,hop off 24 hour ticket, it's once around the Orme, you can get off in 3 places but once you get back to llandudno pier that's it, you can't hop on or off again, we still enjoyed it but we felt a bit cheated because we feel the tour rules are not fully described in the advert.

Expensive and doesn’t even take the scenic route - Way too expensive for what it is. Child and adult to Conway 25 quid! You can use is 24 hours .. where to? You literally stop at a handful of stops! Driver grumpy and very unhelpful. The tour guide is a recorded message that’s so tinny and high pitched you can hardly hear what is said! Doesn’t even go the scenic route. Save yourself some money if you want to go to Conway and get the ordinary bus which is far cheaper !!
