- St Conan’s Kirk - St Conan’s Kirk is a hidden treasure located on the shores of Loch Awe. - Kilchurn Castle - A stop will be made at a viewpoint on the shore of Loch Awe for photo opportunities of this iconic 15th-century castle built by Clan Campbell. Unfortunately, the castle is currently closed for conservation work.
- Inveraray Castle - The next destination is Inveraray Castle, the residence of the Clan Chief of Clan Campbell - the Duke of Argyll. (Open Thursday to Monday and closed for winter from November to March.) It is one of the few castles in Scotland that is still inhabited.
Alternatively, visitors and their group will have the chance to explore Inveraray town, offering stunning views of Loch Fyne.
There is a fee for interior visits (optional), but the grounds, shop, cafe, and toilets are open to the public at no charge.
- Rest and be Thankful - A quick photo opportunity of the breathtaking scenery below (800 ft above sea level), with stunning views of Glen Croe.
- Inveruglas - A stop will be made at this viewpoint on the shore of Loch Lomond. This is the largest loch in Scotland by surface area, containing more freshwater than all the lakes in England and Wales combined.
- Falls of Falloch - A stop will be made at the Falls of Falloch car park, which is a 5-minute walk to reach this beautiful waterfall. The path is slightly uneven and can become muddy during or after rain.
- The Real Food Cafe - The Real Food Cafe is an award-winning fish and chips restaurant, serving the finest fish and chips in the Highlands. It also offers gluten-free, Halal, and vegan options.
- Loch Tulla Viewpoint - This is a stunning viewpoint, perfect for capturing a picture that includes mountains, a loch, and forest - showcasing the best of the Highlands.
- Rannoch Moor - Rannoch Moor is the largest bog expanse in the British Isles, renowned for its incredible natural beauty. Featured in many films and TV series, it may be recognized from famous blockbusters, such as the Harry Potter films.
- The Three Sisters - The Three Sisters of Glencoe is the most famous viewpoint in Scotland, and the Three Sisters are the most photographed mountains in the country! Visitors can enjoy the extreme natural beauty and learn about the history of this valley, including the infamous MacDonald Massacre.
- Castle Stalker - Castle Stalker will be the final stop. Built by the McDougal clan in 1320, this castle gained fame after being featured in the Monty Python and the Holy Grail movie. It is currently a private residence, so no interior visits are allowed - but a stop will be made at a suitable viewpoint for stunning views of the castle and the loch.
