Important Information:
Pick-up Time: The driver will arrive at the designated meeting point 60 minutes after the flight lands.
Luggage Allowance: The service includes 2 check-in bags and 2 handbags.
Waiting Time: A complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes is provided.
Additional Waiting Time: If waiting exceeds the complimentary period, a charge of GBP10 per 15 minutes will apply, with a maximum additional wait of 30 minutes. Beyond this, it will be considered a no-show. Any extra parking fees incurred due to delays will also be the passenger’s responsibility.
No Show Policy: If the passenger does not arrive and has not canceled in advance, the full fare will be charged.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the transfer time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No charges apply for cancellations made outside this timeframe.
