I liked it - He was pretty nice, and explained stuff pretty well! He also made some jokes wich made the tours more relaxed and funny, while keeping these jokes related to what we where looking at

Highly recommend - Convenient locations, excellent staff service at each point. Special mention Tony at Trafalgar Place stop. Helped us with passes and was off in 3 minutes. Very much enjoyed walking tour with James who knew all sorts of interesting bits and made a relaxing day for all in the tour group.

DAN WAS A GREAT DRIVER... THE CONTROLLER WAS VERY RUDE !!!!! - A group of us went on a TOP VIEW BUS ON 2ND APRILin London ,During THE RED TOUR our driver was named DAN .Thank you for being a great driveryou really made the tour enjoyable We especially appreciated how smoothly you navigated the narrow streets ,being very friendly, and helpful DAN ⭐️ 👏 What spoiled the tour was at 16.20pm DAN spoke to a CONTROLLER asking a question for a lady what a RUDE man he was,everyone could could hear him,!!!and sounded very unprofessionally IF anyone were to apply for a job in this tour company as a driver I would definitely not recommend if all CONTROL STAFF were similar to this one

Emma, March 28, 2025 Afternoon - We went on the hop on hop off tour with headsets, we stopped and enjoyed the Thames River Cruise, great sights and commentary. We got back on the bus and near our stop we were going to get off when ‘Emma’ came on. We instantly decided to stay on and do the tour again. She was so personable and engaging. She asked us where we were from and took note of where our end stop was. Emma genuinely loves London and what she does. She had great stories, my personal favourite was the one about her Granny being a Model! She is definitely in the right place. She made our trip. When it was time for us to leave, she walked us off the bus, I was going to ask her for a hug - I didn’t have to - she hugged me! Thank you Emma for a memorable experience ❤️

Great experience and great tours - They for sure have a lot of great stops included. And 2 different routes so you can see a little of both. Also the tours included are amazing.... the Royal Park and Palace walk with James was so amazing.. he knew everything and brought us to really great spot and we got to see things we never thought we would. Also we did a night tour and I don't remember our guys name but he was so awesome and had knowledge of everything we passed and fun facts.

Amazing park and palace experience! - The top view park and palace walking tour was an amazing experience. We saw many interesting buildings, statues, reliefs, and palaces as our guide told us many facts about them. We watched the changing of the guards from a good spot that our guide brought us to. Our guide, Tom, was very informative and made our tour really enjoyable. We were also very lucky to be able to watch the reenactment of the English Civil War. Such a great activity to do!! Thank you, Tom!! 🤩🤩👍🏻👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great for seeing all sites in the City. - The stops are great. A good way to get around London and see all the sites. Top view sales rep Mohammed Mohsin was very knowledgeable and helped us to reserve all our tours by downloading the top view app for us as we were having issues getting a barcode. He gave us suggestions on which routes to take first. He was very very helpful to us Americans in a city we are unfamiliar with.

Great way to get an overview of the city. - During our time in London traffic was heavy which impacted the timing of the bus & routes. Total trip for blue & red lines was close to 5 hours.

Jack the Ripper Tour - Today at 4:00 PM, we joined James for the Jack the Ripper tour in London, and it was great! James is very knowledgeable and shared many interesting details. The tour was interactive, which made it exciting. Although the tour was in English, and it was a bit difficult for us as non-native speakers, James was very understanding. He answered our questions and made sure we could follow along. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I recommend James as a guide. Thank you for the wonderful tour!

Unscrupulous company who rips off the hands that feed them avoid at all costs - 48 hours later still no contact from this company, do not use them as their main aim is to rip off tourists. The street vendors will resort to anything to get business except to inform you of the online discount available at the time.
