Fastpass is worth the money - I have always wanted to go to the London Eye and decided I'd give it a try. I looked at the line/que to get in and it was a very long line. I paid for the fast pass and it was worth every penny. You have wonderful views of the city and the Thames River. The cars are air conditioned but do still get hot in direct sunlight, Bring a camera and enjoy the sights.

spin the wheel - The London Eye is located in the heart of the capital. The Ferris wheel makes a 360-degree turn over the River Thames in front of the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. The London Eye is the highest Ferris wheel in Europe. Gradual rotation in one of the 32 glass capsules takes approximately 30 minutes.

If I could give this 10 stars I would... - If I could give Tracy 10 stars, I absolutely would! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure our day in London was unforgettable. She reached out to us two days beforehand, arrived 15 minutes early, and immediately set the tone with her warm, accommodating nature. There was never any rush—only care and attention to every detail. Traveling with my parents and my 13-year-old son, Tracy managed to balance everyone’s interests perfectly. She shared her incredible knowledge of London’s history and culture in a way that was engaging for all of us, teaching us so much while keeping things fun and memorable. My mother has some mobility challenges, and Tracy came prepared with a special ramp that she rolled out at every stop. The thoughtfulness and effort she put into making sure my mom was comfortable meant the world to us. To top it all off, Tracy ended our day with an unforgettable touch—helping us find the perfect English pub for dinner. It was the ideal ending to what was easily one of the best tours we experienced during our 16-day trip. Tracy is truly a remarkable guide: professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and endlessly kind. If you can request her, do it—you will not be disappointed. This was not just a tour; it was an experience we’ll cherish forever.

A Must-Do in London! - I travelled from Wales with my 7-year-old daughter for her first ever experience of London, and I thought – what better way to show her the sights than on the London Eye? I booked us for 8pm, aiming to catch the sunset (scheduled for 8:25pm). The ride itself is 30 minutes so we didn’t get the full sunset, but we did catch it setting as we went around – and on such a clear, sunny day it was a spectacle to behold! I’d bought fast track tickets, and while the queue didn’t exactly feel “fast” (probably because we were hot, tired, and had sore feet after a long day exploring), it still moved at a decent pace. And then came the real relief – the pods are air-conditioned! Absolute bliss after a sweltering London day. The views from the top are simply breathtaking – it really is just a huge Ferris wheel, but the perspective it gives you of the city is unforgettable. Staff also took our photo on a green screen while queuing, but there was no pressure to buy them, which I appreciated compared to other attractions. All in all, it was a fantastic experience that I’m so glad we did. My daughter was in awe, and so was I. If you’re in London, don’t miss the chance to ride the London Eye!

Memorable experience - I visited this place along with my daughter in January 2025. It was extremely memorable experience. I went inside through fast boarding. It was super smooth and well coordinated. The ride and experience for next 30 mins inside was full of breathtaking views. Since,it was a clear day so could see till your eyes took you. I must say.....its a must do activity when in London

Tower Bridge - We never saw our guide. The tour said eleven and we went but were told had to return at 11 however after leaving we received an email that said ticket was for 10:10 so we had to rush back, we were late, but they allowed us to enter with group waiting. We love The Tower Bridge but Viator didn’t do a good job of notifying me of time change, so that created a problem. Also tour guide was nowhere to be found.

Ok activity. More hype than value - Interesting ferris wheel. Nice views of London and Thames river. If you go early, not much of a wait even without priority tickets. Nice to say you did it but not worth the price (though my granddaughter thought it was very good). Wonderful walk along south side of river (the side of the London Eye) is very nice (bars, food places, museums, etc.) making visiting the London Eye more worthwhile.

Waste of Money - This was definitely a waste of 108 pounds for 2 people. We’ve both been to London before and commented on neither of us has ever done it so why not. They herd you into one of the capsules with a bunch of strangers. I think about 16-20 of us. I wouldnt do it again.
