Great tour of Hidden London tube station! - This was a great tour with 3 guides for the 16 of us. We got see and hear all about the Dover / Green Park underground. Lots of interesting facts and great views of the hidden areas. There should not be any concerns about stairs as only in one part is there 56 steps. You do not need to descend here if you don’t want to. All in all a fantastic tour. Thanks Hidden London!

You get some neat and interesting views. - The tour has some neat views. The real behind the scenes feel. A nice little visit. I did this tour in a group of two. So plenty of time for pictures. They do allow time for pics but the small group sized helped.

An energetic tour though tube history - Booked this as a surprise for my transport geek partner. We both loved it. Our guides Colin & Sarah Jane bounced their knowledge & enthusiasm between them bringing the station to life with Andrea supporting them and ensuring a full headcount & filling in gaps as we went along. It was a nice mix of transport/engineering, aesthetics of the iconic tiles & how the station was redecorated and repurposed in WW2 and mystery going behind closed doors and seeing the current tube from a really unique angle. We'll definitely check out other tours for future London visits!

Brilliant Tour Guides. - We both really enjoyed this tour. Fascinating history and a privilege to be behind the scenes of the working underground line. The tour guides make it! Sophie, Gary and especially Pat with her fantastic sense of humour! Will definitely be visiting another one.

Fantastic hidden tunnels - Engaged guides who collaborated with each other so it worked on less space. Good introduction to history.

Quite interesting but perhaps not the best Hidden London tour - The tour guide and colleague worked very hard to make this interesting, and in most parts succeeded, however there was a lot of talk about how things were during the war but very little to see. It could be that there is no photographic evidence but even diagrams would have helped to bring it to life. We did very much enjoy popping out of hidden doorways as the commuters were rushing past, it felt like we were in an MI film. We thought it rather expensive for what it was, albeit the proceeds go to the LT museum which is a charity. Please note that it is NOT correct that you can cancel with 24 hours' notice - we were originally booked to do the Aldwych tour but wanted to change when we were told, only the day before, that there were 140 steps involved, in each direction obviously. Rather grudgingly we were allowed to swap onto a different tour/date but this took quite a degree of negotiation. Some in our group had done other Hidden London walking tours and thought the Aldwych one was the best, so if your knees and lungs are up to it......

Alight at Dover Street - Wouldn't recommend. - At £45 per ticket, this tour is a complete rip-off. It didn’t even last the advertised 90 minutes, and I left feeling very disappointed. The online description is misleading and sets expectations that the experience simply does not meet. Yes, you expect some dust in an underground station, but this was just walking through filthy corridors full of junk—abandoned floor cleaners, mops, buckets, and rubbish. Despite the high price, there is very little to actually see. The guides were pleasant, but pointing at dirty marks on the floor and saying a bedroom might have been there hardly justifies the cost. I would not recommend this tour.
