Fantastic experience! - Absolutely wonderful experience! Lee was fantastic about EVERYTHING! He was so informative and kind, he was incredibly knowledgeable and so agreeable! Lee took us to all the sights, he pointed out extras and places of interest for another time, and he really gave us so much food for thought about the murders. Lee went the extra mile to drop us off at our next excursion and even gave us info on how to get a taxi back to our hotel later this afternoon. Lee is a wonderful guide and we highly recommend this tour!

Good Tour and Great tour guide - Awesome experience doing the Jack the Ripper London tour. Lee was ebullient and very friendly and knowledgeable. He makes the trip so immersive and interesting. He also has ample supplemental information about all of the evidence that is known. It feels like we could literally crack the case wide open with all of Lee’s expert analysis and in-depth understanding of the facts. This tour is so well worth the money. Our driver and Jack the Ripper historian Lee, navigated us through the narrow alleyways and streets where 5 of the canonical victims were found. The information was captivating and informative. Some things we knew but there were plenty of gaps in our understanding. That’s where Lee was able to fill in the blanks and help us understand better. We feel like true history detectives.

Fantastic - My husband and I highly recommend this tour! Our guide, Lee, was phenomenal. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable and taught us so much about Jack the Ripper and East London’s history as well as interesting facts about other parts of London. You will love this tour with Lee!

We had an incredible time! - Lee was fantastic! He picked us up at our hotel and took us for a 3-hr tour around the city stopping at four of the verified Jack the Ripper murder sites. His knowledge of Jack the Ripper and the city made our trip wonderful and we really enjoyed it. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in having a private driver tell you all the macabre stories with the knowledge that Lee has.

Great Company - My son and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Andrew, our guide was very punctual, even arriving a couple of minutes early. Andrew was so pleasant, easy to chat to and was a wealth of knowledge. The emphasis of this tour was more on the women who had died tragically and the circumstances which forced them into such vulnerable and dangerous situations. Andrew drove us around the areas the crimes were committed and we were also able to stop and walk too.
On the way back to our hotel, Andrew drove us around some of the sights of London at night which was truly beautiful.
It was a great tour and highly recommend Andrew.
When I called the company to confirm our booking, I found them also to be so pleasant and easily to deal with on the phone. I highly recommend this company.

Repeat customer and would use again - This was our second experience with Visit London Taxi Tours and they did not disappoint. Very easy to work with and love the convenience of picking up and dropping off at our hotel. Our guide Mick was a knowledgeable and entertaining storyteller and seems to enjoy his job. He was friendly, engaging, and willing to converse with us beyond the specific tour info. Highly recommend this company during a visit to London. They offer a variety of tours and Cheryl will work with you to customize to your preference.

Who Dunnit? - We took the Jack The Ripper tour with Mick our tour guide, yesterday. Kevin and I had an awesome time. Mick is a very friendly, knowledgeable guy who made the tour very interesting. He had some great conversations with Kevin throughout the tour. And both had their theories about who dunnit! Can’t speak highly enough about Mick. It was a memorable day. Thank you

Fantastic afternoon Jack the Ripper Tour - Booked this tour as my husband is unable to do a walking tour and I'm so glad I did as we got to see so much more than if we had been on foot.
From the moment of booking I was given confidence that Cheryl and her team would give us a great experience. I had several questions all of which Cheryl dealt with and informed us of what we could expect. I received a phone call the day before our trip confirming all the details which I thought gave a very personal touch
I liked the fact that they were happy to collect us from our hotel and drop us at a central location when the tour ended. We had intended to visit the Blind Beggar public house (famous because of the Kray's) however there was not enough time as we had booked a theatre visit last minute, the change in our plans was of no inconvenience to our driver Mick.
Mick arrived 10 minutes early, rang my phone to let us know he had arrived but said no rush, whenever you are ready. Mick was a lovely man, instantly putting you at ease and very knowledgeable on the subject of Jack the Ripper. He drove us around the sites and we got out of the taxi to take a closer look at the areas where the murders had taken place. There was no rush and Mick gave us time to take photos and ask questions.
We travel to London quite often, spending the weekend in the city. However, the back routes that Mick was able to take us in the taxi, give us an insight into areas that we had never been to before, giving us another excuse to visit again.
Please use the Cheryl and her team for your tour as they are professional with a very personal service, you will not be disappointed.
