Stays fun - This was my 3rd visit to Madame Tussauds in London and it is different every time. Not only the statues are regularly replaced, but also the entire decoration. So remains nice to go here every so often. The images are so fantastically well made, that I was fooled once again by a lady who kept photographing...
Last year we went to Madam Tussauds in Amsterdam and I have to admit that I like it a bit better. I feel like you have more interactive things there and what surprised me there was that you don't have to buy expensive photos for those extras, but you can just download them to your phone. That was not the case here.

Definitely worth a visit in London - It was definitely worth it. I've been to London many times, but I've never been here before. Very well organized and great open - you always had the opportunity to take your own beautiful photos.

Surprising and so beautiful, the images seemed lifelike, it was so beautiful! We didn't have to wait long anywhere either! - It was super nice , especially the 3D cinema was definitely cool! And the ride in the taxis was great! Also the souvenirs that we could buy there and especially the photos as a reminder and that when we bought 25 pounds all the rest of the photos taken were included!

Way Better Than Hollywood – A Must-See in London! - I visited with friends, and this experience was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The entire activity was long and very entertaining — truly worth every moment. I’ve been to the Madame Tussauds in Hollywood, CA before, but this one in London was far superior in every way. The exhibits were incredibly detailed, and the overall ambiance made it feel more immersive.
One of the highlights was the show at the end — a must-see that really wraps up the experience perfectly. Just a heads-up: be sure to arrive on time. There are multiple lines depending on your time slot, so planning ahead makes a big difference in how smoothly things go.
Highly recommend this combo ticket for anyone visiting London!

Great but expensive - The wax figures in Madame Tussaud’s are certainly impressively realistic. The setup is nice with great themes around the actual figures themselves. However, the price is pretty high for what you get (I see about 2-3 hours of proper entertainment time), and to take pictures with some of the most interesting figures inside you need to pay up again; especially if you are travelling alone. If you are fine with this, definitely a highlight!

Good, but could be better. - We arrived staff were great, helpful and gave clear instructions. Plenty of staff and very helpful with disabilities and walking issues. Clear directions on walls. Each area flows into the other.
Some good but predictable celebrities but several I had no idea who they were. Plus I felt some were missing.
The Avengers film 4 D was fantastic.
Dungeons which covers Jack the Ripper etc, was my favourite section. Has been made too family friendly. Could do with a detour for people who want to be scared.
We have been to Blackpool MT’s and feel it’s better.
That said still spent about 3 hours in the place.

Nice visit during a short trip to London - As a combi ticket only for £10 pP more, I think this is a fair price as it was a nice experience and some cool pictures resulted from our visit there. Good thing is, it's very close to 221B Baker St ;) you get to have a circle tour around some stars in different poses like Abbey Road, the Royal Family, Shakespeare, Spielberg and so on. It took us 2 hours and we were actually not that slow, so plan with some time. Bad thing is, the photo prices with the Royal Family for £25 is quite high IMO

Great experience at Madame Tusseuds until the Spirit of London ride - We visited as a family of four in June and enjoyed walking through the displays and taking pictures. The kids didn't fancy the chamber of horrors section and thankfully it was signposted with a age recommendation and a bypass so that you didn't need to go through.
Unfortunately after that you go straight to the Spirit of London ride. No signposting or information so we assumed it was a light hearted, fun ride and that there wouldn't be any scary bits. Unfortunately not the case. It was very loud and overwhelming, with scenes from the plague, fire of London and the Blitz. My daughter was very frightened and this ruined our whole visit.
I spoke to a very polite member of staff and explained that there should be clear signposting and a bypass option. He said the ride had been assessed as suitable for all ages. But regardless of this, based on our experience, I think signage is important.
