Andy and Yassine Blue Tour - I recently took both the Blue and Red tours in London and they were absolutely fantastic! A huge shout-out to guide, Andy, who was incredibly knowledgeable and kept us entertained with his great sense of humor throughout the Blue trip. Also, many thanks to driver, Yassine, for the smooth and safe professional driving. Everything was well-organized and absolutely wow. Highly recommended!

An Enjoyable Experience with Live Tour Guides - We really enjoyed riding the Golden Tours Hop on Hop Off Bus in London. We rode the bus twice and really enjoyed the live commentary from our tour guides, Andy and Tim. Having live tour guides is so much more enjoyable than listening to a prerecorded commentary. It’s my understanding that Golden Tours is the only tour bus operator still utilizing live guides. Kudos to Golden Tours! 👍

London is huge. Great way to see a lot. - Emma was our Tour guide for one of the routes and she was excellent! Her personality, humor and knowledge of history were a great combo! Dress warmly as the best views are in the uncovered part of the bus.

Definitely recommend - My partner and I had been on the bus for a few stops, when the bubbly Emma joined the bus as the tour guide. She bought a friendly and fun atmosphere to the experience! We ended up staying on the bus longer than planned due to Emma. Would gladly do it again!

A fantastic tour guide Tim - So……we took the Hop on Hop off bus (blue line) only after visiting Westminster Abbey and feeling a bit tired. We’ve done tours in the past in different countries so we’re not unfamiliar with it. However our tour guide Tim was WONDERFUL! Not only is he very versed in Landon’s history, its sites both cultural and local but he added a great humorous flair to it all!!! We made it a point to visit the Cheshire Cheese which he pointed out as a spot that Dickens himself frequented. Now this was not our first time in London but we learned so much more about the city via this tour… So glad we took it and a Ginormous Thank You to Tim our fantastic tour guide!! The NY family

Interesting tour with informative and engaging tour guide - My kids (ages 8 and 10) and I did the hop on hop off tour our first afternoon in London after flying in that morning. The tour guide, Andrew, was knowledgeable, funny and engaging. We ended up sitting near him on the bus and he happily took a number of questions from my daughter during the tour. My daughter likes to do these tours and make lists of what she wants to do during the trip and collect information about the city. During the rest of our trip both of my kids were able to point out things that we had heard about or learned during the tour. I believe that Golden Tours is the only tour company that still has live guides on all of their tours and having Andrew on ours certainly made it a worthwhile use of time and money.

Way to go Andy! - Did the red tour and the blue tour. Andy, the onboard tour guide made the occasion. He was hugely well informed and struck a lovely tone in his delivery. I’d recommend a tour with a real live person as a guide, rather than headphone commentary, if you can.

Great tour guide and driver Joe and Ibrahim - Took the tour on Monday 21st April. Joe the tour guide was absolutely brilliant full of knowledge on historical facts. He made the tour more appealing to our 8 and 9 your old with references to Harry Potter showing them where parts were filmed. This was fantastic and really engaged them both. Ibrahim the driver was also great as he slowed down so we could get good photos. Really recommend both Joe and Ibrahim. Nikki from Dublin 😊

- We were a family of 9 riding a HOHO Golden Tour bus around London. The 1 st loop with Emma, our live tour guide was very good. Then we switched buses for the 2nd loop with an audio guide. Not nearly as good. Then the driver said the bus broke down and we'd have to find our own way back to Waterloo. After everyone was off, he drove away and left us. No small thing for a big family on a hot day with two 80 year olds. We were shocked and very disappointed, not only because of the cost and inconvenience, but we also missed half the things we wanted to see, including Buckingham Palace. This occured on June 17th.
