Amazing staff!! - Eliza on our bus was an absolute star. She has a great personality and is a safe driver. I was impressed with her skill in maneuvering a double decker all around those narrow London streets. All of the staff we encountered at the stops were so kind. The app is easy to use and tells you when all the buses are coming. Thanks Eliza for making our trip around London wonderful.

Bus trip - Generally good but a bit sad when one of the attendants told us the ticket didn't cover the boat ride although tickets said it did

Overall it was fine - but there are other options - Overall it was fine. The bus was easy to find and toured around the city to most of the spots you'd want to take pictures of or quickly visit. Sometimes it gets repetitive, and traffic can make the trip take a lot longer than expected. However, there seem to be fewer of this bus compared to their competitors, so you might wait a while to pick one up. The app wasn't always accurate, either - we'd expect a bus it it wouldn't be there. BE CAREFUL towards the end of the day. We we're kicked off the bus in the western part of London (after being stuck in traffic near the Victoria and Albert Museum for over an hour, no idea why, as we were never told) and told the tour was over for the day. Our hotel was on the other side of town, and we had to walk/Uber back. Very unexpected, as there was no warning the tours would be ending.

Room for improvement - Undercover top deck was leaky in the rain, audio guides didn’t work on all the seats and there was variability in how friendly the drivers were.

Choose another organizer. - I would go for a different organizer thanTootbus. There are very few buses of this organization and the information is not up to date at all, also difficult to get clear information about where the stops are. I have waited for a bus from the green route 3 times and this bus never showed up, despite the real-time info (which kept saying for 20 minutes that the bus would arrive in 5 minutes). Because of this, I did not use the bus for the full first day when I had actually paid for it. I paid €40 to use the bus for 3 days and made a maximum of 5 trips by bus, then you do not take the money out and you can better get around by public transport. When boarding, you are also asked if you want to buy (discounted) tickets to some of the most famous attractions is London, I found that quite intrusive. In short, if I go to london again, I choose to travel by public transport and otherwise a different organization of hop on- hop off buses.

Scam - Do NOT buy tickets from the guys selling them outside the bus. Tried to charge me without telling me the price, intentionally not showing me the figure on the card machine. £84 to get on a bus is insane. You can book tickets for £25 online.

Waste of money - Don't do it! Barely buses on the routes, incorrect marking in the app... Waste of money! Hours of waiting time. Big bus has more buses and smoother service

Waste of time and money, ruined trip - On 16 December had this tour, 3 of us starting from Victora. Expensive ticket than advertised online £102.90 for 3, which was advertised £29,40 each. From Victoria red line to stop 23 Westminster, changed to yellow line to London Bridge reached at 3.30pm, stayed half hour and at 4pm waited for the bus which never arrived. At 6.15pm, we had ro take underground. Downloaded tootbus app which never worked, customer servers closes at 5pm. Waste of time and money, rubbish service, buses without microphones, rude drivers. Frequency of pickup very poor, over 2 hour wait and no bus.

Avoid toot bus - Must avoid. Bus just keeps stopping for long periods. Spent more time stopped than moving. Very poor commentary. Seems more interested in music and jokes than actual facts
