Best seller in town - I found Terrence to be very insightful and knowledgeable about the routes and what would be best for a family of 6. He was also very funny and approachable and charismatic. I would definitely recommend him to be our seller again.

PERFECT - I had bought these tickets on a whim because why not? And went with my sister the next day and I have no regrets! I grew up in London and even so London was so much more beautiful and fun from the open upper deck view and the cruise. The person who bought me the tickets made everything really easy to understand and was very nice, I think his name was Kamil, thank youu.

BUS TRACKER HOPE - Overall the bus tour meet with my expectations. Particularly enjoyed the Thames River Cruise. It would have been a great help if Topview had a GPS ap that showed where the buses were at any one time, that way you would be able to plan a hop off/ hop back on better. Personally I ended up only doing two hop offs, one for Buckingham palace, one for the Thames river cruise, due to uncertainty on when the next bus was due. We have transport aps back in New Zealand which shows you where a train or bus is, A GREAT HELP!!

Complaint about incorrect sakes information - We bought tickets at 12.17pm from Ayoub Sakah and advised tickets for the buses run 24hours plus not advised the blue buses cease before 5pm . I raised this with an inspector for the company I think at stop number 19 or 20. I am now of the opinion the seller for your company is just after the commission not the customer service. I confirmed my questions before buying but now so let down by his incorrect sales information. My son is now of the opinion he did thus to us just for the quick sale....not happy. That cost me 49 pounds for me and 39 pounds for my son..... It is important to tell the truth when u sell a service someone and walk around the truth. I have loaded pics of your inspector and his phone...pics of the tickets....pics of when we reported this issue.

Could have been better - Nice vehicles, new and clean. I liked how upstairs there was some area undercover and some in the open. Disappointed with this pass. Possibly the main reason for doing the hop on hop off was for the commentary around London however this was substandard. There was very little narrated information and for the most part what was provided was substandard and monotone. I felt I could have jumped on a double decker bus and got a pretty similar standard. The best part about this was the London Thames cruise, the information provided on this was fantastic, the commentary exceptional and engaging. I found the stops difficult to find, Hyde park for instance. It would be useful if there was Information online or on the app about which exit to take, this would make a huge difference. As would information about how often the buses ran. It's compulsory to download your app, live tracking on where the buses are like your guides have would make a huge difference. Overall disappointed. Didn't find it value for money. Kids and adults were bored which is a shame.

Topview = Shitview - Don’t pay for this ”service” The bus only take the routes 1/3 of all the other hop-on / hop-off buses. You will wait and wait - sometimes an hour before the next bus comes. The buses stop long before 6 p.m Please take any other company!!!
