The drivers were very... - The drivers were very helpful from the very beginning. When we were trying to download our tickets. Also, when we wanted to be at a certain destination at an exact time, they were very helpful in helping us figure that out.

A great experience! - We had a great experience with TopView. Our favorite tour guide was Owen. He took us on the Jack the Ripper tour. Owen is very energetic and explains everything in a fun way. He made the tour great!

Excellent Tours With Owen - We had Owen for both a guided bus tour and the walking Jack The Ripper tour. I can’t say enough good things about Owen! He was informative, hilarious and included our thoughts, opinions and conspiracies on the tour! The moment I stepped on the bus tour he was reaching out to ask about where I was from (it completely caught me off guard) and made sure to make us feel welcome. Whatever they pay Owen should be doubled! An amazing city made even better with a more amazing tour guide! Thank you again Owen! Jordan from Maine

Thank You Daniel for the Jack The Ripper Tour Experience. - Not very many buses to hop on so we were afraid to hop off. We've waited between 15 minutes and almost 2 hours for the 2 bus routes, Not knowing when or if it's coming. There's no way to track buses or figure out the schedule unless you can find a representative in the streets, near some of the stops to tell you in real time. All the staff we interacted with were helpful though. The bus guide is auto with head phones, however the Jack The Ripper with Daniel was much better with a live guide and only 8 of us in today's group. Daniel was informative and we enjoyed the experience. We chose the 5 day (120hrs.) option in case we weren't feeling it that day, had bad weather, or tours filled up (hasn't been an issue so far). We intend to do the Thames River, Night Tour, Rock N' Roll, & Royal Park Palace walks this weekend.

A great way to get around in London - This is a great way to see many sights in London and learn something about them. What we didn't like: it was pretty hard to find out, when the Bus would be at which stop. The audioguide was completely off a few times and the audio of the headphones wasn't that good. The music was way to loud compared to the spoken parts. It would be great to have some bigger tours, e.g. to Camden Town/Primrose Hill etc. The staff was mostly friendly. We also did the Night Lights Tour and really liked our Tourguide Owen! He knew so much about the city and the sights and even though we had a lot of traffic, we had so much fun on this tour! It was an absolute highlight. We were able to ask questions the whole way, he told jokes, played songs we wanted to hear and even sang a little, just to entertain us, while stuck in traffic. The history and facts were very interesting and he had lots of local knowledge to share with us! Our driver Mahdi was really nice as well and did a very good job.

Do not recommend!! - Had the 48hr pass. Very disappointed. Difficult to follow route map provided and we ended up walking very long distances finding a stop. We wanted to catch the blue route bus and it never turned up to the bus stop highlighted. In fact over the 48hrs we never ever saw a TopView blue route bus at all!!! At one stage there was no commentary and when asking the driver what was going on he had not turned it on!! There were many diversions in place which meant we could not see large parts of the route - ok not the companies fault - however it would have been nice if the driver had mentioned this on boarding instead of wasting our time!! Overall very disappointed and frankly feel ripped off by the company.

Stay away!!! - Our experience with topview was terrible!! The busses never showed up for over 2 hours in the morning. Because of the terrible scheduling of the busses, we were only able to see 2 sights in a full day. We only had 1 day to see London and planned on a full day of sightseeing, but because of the lack of busses on route, we weren't able to see most of the sites we wanted to see. We were extremely disappointed in this bus company. There were many other busses coming to the stops, but not topview busses.

One of my worst experiences using a Hop On/Hop Off tour. - The commentary was terrible. Sometimes we had passed the site; sometimes we weren't at the site yet. We were told two different stops at which to exit the bus to get to the site we wanted to see. We were given no instructions as to which way to go to see the palace once we exited the bus. We spent way too much time at stops where no one was getting on or off - the driver and a representative just chatted. They didn't have enough buses to handle the crowd, so if you got off you waited a long time for another bus. I'm not sure a hop on/hop off is a good way to see London, but if you do pick another company.
