A 5star Hop on Hop off experience in London - The bus route was really cool, the info in the programe was interesting and they use really nice songs in it which made the audio tour more entertaining. The customer care assistant that helped me was Vania, she was excellent😊

Cruisin in the HoHo Bus - It was oir first day in London and it was a great way to familiarize with the city before deciding which axtivity to go to next. The river cryise that was included was a great way to get another angle of the London Bridge and the London Eye

Fantastic but could be better. - I would have to say, for the most part the experience was fantastic, audio was quite informative and interesting. Ladies selling the tickets were friendly. Helped out quite a bit with finding where the bus was on the route. Covered all the major attractions, buses were clean and not smelly. Bus driver all friendly and were fab drivers. Things that could be worked on are the mannerism of some of the sellers, we were pulled up at the London eye, I watched a gentleman smoking away and then proceeded to throw his cigarette on the pavement! Not a great look for the company.

Good Way to Get Initial View of Central London - This was a great way to get around the central area of London. They provided ear buds to listen to highlights as you rode by. Buses were comfortable. There were people at nearly every stop to help you. The Thames River Cruise was a nice extra. The only negative we experienced was at a couple of stops where we got off we had to wait for awhile for the next bus to stop.

Warning: They’re not a morning company. - We got to stop 1 at 8am to start our day bright and early, unfortunately, the first bus did not show up until 9:30am. It ruined our morning plans and we were quite upset also there was no Lou available at that stop which sucked. The only silver lining was that the guide kept us posted on when it should arrive once her got there. He was great which is the o ly reason why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. Once we got going it was fine…but I don’t think I would book with Top View again.

Had to wait a long time for bus!! - Although the staff was very nice, there were limited buses and the online map did not accurately reflect the stops. Also, the audio commentary provided limited information.

Go with a different tour group - We couldn't find the pick up start. When talking to a tour coordinator later, he assured me that getting a refund would not be a problem. Never got one.

Topview bottom experience - We have used many sightseeing bus tours around the world and UK. We joined the tour bus at the Tower of London. At no stage did their representative inform us that parts of the tour would be excluded. Large parts of recorded commentary was background music, and the spoken commentary was not synchronised attraction being described. There was a 10 minutes wait, whilst the drivers changed. The section with Buckingham Palace was excluded. We left the bus at Trafalgar Square, completed frustrated by the poor quality of narrative. I cannot recommend this tour operator, and would advise against using Topview.

Poor Customer Service - We attempted to cancel our experience due to an issue with transportation to the city. We made multiple calls, but they were unsuccessful. I also tried chatting online, but by then, they informed me that I was too late and attempted to sell me an alternative product. Unfortunately, they provided no assistance and offered poor customer service.

Do big bus tours - It was hopeless couldn’t tell us what stop we were at skipped stops. We asked for directions but to no avail I thought I had booked big bus tours but apparently not.
