Fabulous day exploring Greenwich - Used the boat to cut down on a long walk and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Was unexpected as had not planned to do the trip that way! Malkeet was extremely helpful and told us about the Greenwich Foot Tunnel which we knew nothing about- so was yet another unexpected experience! Brilliant!

The perfect way to travel! - I honestly did not realise that Uber boats were a thing. Shows you how long it is since I left London! But what a great (and efficient in my case) way to travel. We used the boat only for one stop, from the O2 down to Greenwich, but really enjoyed the experience. A good price, comfortable, and a bar with snacks!

Pointless and frustrating - It was a frustrating experience. To be honest, from a product or service perspective, it is not a sight seeing attraction because it doesn't have big windows. It is also not a transportation as it takes 10x more time than any other method, walking included. Pointless attraction. There's also a hour long waiting line...
