Customers should select their pickup time carefully and provide all necessary information, such as the flight number, during the booking process. Business class and fast track passengers may request a pickup time 35 minutes after the flight lands, while all other passengers may request their pickup time 60 minutes after landing. We offer a 30-minute free waiting period at the airport from the pre-arranged pickup time.

Travel time may extend to 2 hours or more during peak traffic hours.

Customers can arrange for pickup or drop-off at the Greenwich cruise terminal.
