It's just so interesting... - It's just so interesting to hear the history of the Royal Albert, and how it all works. We were amazed by learning it has many levels underground. Also how many events have been held there over the years, just loved it. Our guide was superb.

Worthwhile visit - Interesting small group tour that gave us an unhurried walk through both main areas and places you would not see when attending an event. Our guide (a gentleman originally from Malta) did a fantastic job of explaining the history of the building and answering questions.

History and Rock 'n Roll - The tour took a little more than an hour. The guide was very knowledgeable and really enjoyed giving the tour. The venue and its very long history are fascinating and the architecture is beautiful. The group was small enough for everyone to hear. We ended the tour with a traditional tea at Coda making it a very special afternoon (plan a light dinner) .

A perfect chorus of customer service - On Monday 9th March 2026 we went to The Royal Albert Hall to experience the sublime surroundings of The Royal Albert Hall whilst attending the concert by The Gipsy Kings which was "magnífico y /et formidable." The performance was outstanding as was the customer service provided by all the members of staff in The Royal Albert Hall. From my first telephone enquiry in November 2025 to the moment we left the venue, the level of customer care was exceptional. With sincere thanks to all the members of staff in The Royal Albert Hall; those behind the scenes or front of house or members of management you have a rare quality which should be celebrated loudly with a standing ovation. It was a marvellous memorable experience and a wonderful way to present a surprise birthday gift. If your budget can stretch to the Hospitality Experience it is highly recommended and truly is worth the additional fee. Remember to bring a foldable shopping bag because the items included in the menu are generous. Remarkably different from other service providers in central London. It was a delight to be in communication with Ruth, Assistant Operations Manager, Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, who offered an excellent service and adapted the menu in consideration of different abilities and dietary requirements. The person celebrating a special birthday in 2026 was given a birthday card and the dessert plate had the words, 'Happy Birthday' displayed in icing accompanied by delicious strawberries and chocolate brownies. Alice, the Butler, who co-ordinated the presentation of our Box was extremely helpful and made sure we had all the required drinks and food. An exceptional evening. With sincere gratitude. Merci Beaucoup. Muchas Gracias

Excellent venue for events - I was at a Gipsy Kings concert. Spectacular environment. Good acoustics. Despite being in one of the galleries, on the top floor, I had Bia visibility of the concert. Professional employees. Probably... I'll be back!
