Great visit - Very nice cathedral. We made a free visit so we strolled throughout the building, the crypt (Nelson’s grave in particular). The exterior is very beautiful but the interior even more. The visit to the dome is included in the price , for once! Be careful, more than 500 steps to get to the top. The price is reasonable. It’s a great visit to plan.

Well worth the admission cost - We did 2 tours - The Triforium and the main floor. All of our guides were excellent - Neil, Andrew and Terry. This building is a marvel. Loved hearing the history. The Triforium tour takes you behind closed doors and access to a stone staircase that the regular tour does not. Make sure you go up to the whispering gallery but it is a lot of steps. There are two more levels to go up after that if you can handle it.

Beautiful - Very nice cathedral, kind staff and even the gentleman who cashes the tickets found that we were French joked with us in French. Beautiful view from the top of the dome, a little high to climb the meanders of the stone then iron stairs, but it was definitely worth it! Visitable crypt also with the shop and the possibility of dining. We were even able to attend a mass. Only downside, the price, pity for a place of worship.

Just Amazing - This was amazing! You can see all the places upper and lower. You get to climb steps to the top of St. Paul’s WOW! Stunning views of London from there. After you have walked around the Whispering Gallery make sure to go into the crypts! DEFINITELY worth a visit.

Very nice visit to the top of the dome - Beautiful cathedral (on the other hand the stained glass windows are transparent and lack colors) with a beautiful crypt and a visitable dome (to do to have a superb view of London - no need to make one of the skyscrapers) and consider climbing to the top (528 steps from the bottom). No queue for entry at 10am (on a Friday). A very nice visit.

Lots to see I recommend the guided tour to learn as much as possible - I recommend taking the guided tour as the cathedral has much to learn about. Points of interest were the Quire and it's wood carved panels and the crypt with its history. Allow a good couple of hours as the architecture alone kept us in awe. The climb to the very top all 528 steps although tiring to get there offer spectacular views across London and uninterrupted vistas. We had Paul lead our tour a retired legal professional who was knowledgeable and witty. A great orator.

This Cathedral Takes You to New Heights - This breathtaking cathedral was well worth the admission price, especially since we got to tour the cathedral in its entirety. Climbing the steps to the very top of the dome was such a cool feat! The unique view of the London skyline far exceeded our expectations. We spent 2.5 hours here but could have easily spent more time. Well worth the visit!

Wren's masterpiece - The seat of the Anglican Bishop of London, St. Paul's is one of London's iconic churches. Completed in 1710, the cathedral was designed in a brilliant Baroque style by the legendary Christopher Wren. The interior is splendid, especially the magnificent dome. In addition to several historic graves, the crypt includes a small exhibit on Wren's life, the Great Fire of London, and the building of the cathedral. The only drawback is the admission fee, which is a very steep £27 ($35 USD). Even so, this is a London landmark that shouldn't be missed.

Pretty but expensive - First, St Paul's is a beautiful church. You will be in awe of he ceilings. The crypt is interesting to see the restng places of historical figures. I do not think it was worth the ticket price though. Think I spent an hour here total.

Stunning paintings in the dome! - I was floored at this stunning site. We did the tour that was offered through the church and it was absolutely marvelous. Having a tour from people that work there and really love the place is a game changer. I especially loved the part of the tour where we were taken up to the Whispering Gallery. Not only were we educated in the architecture, the artwork was absolutely stunning. Sir James Thornhill was commissioned in the mid to late 1710's to complete an entire set of sepia type murals depicting the life of St. Paul. The view from the top is stunning as well. You can see all the iconic places in London. My advice? Take the tour and take the stairs. It's totally worth it.
