Relaxing open top ride and entertaining narrative - This was an easy way to look at part of London. It was relaxing and informative. The guide also had a good sense of humor.

Very nice trip. - Pleasant trip. Boat wasn't too packed. Easy to find good seats on top deck. Went slow enough to see all the sites. Good info given over speaker.

Along the Thames - Great trip, the captain did the talk on all the local landmarks and history. Very funny man. Next time I would do tge return trip.

Old boat, Deadpan commentary, Good fun! - The boat is old with few amenities (there are toilets and refreshments, albeit coffee is instant from a jar) and yet this was an enjoyable trip, mainly due to the hilarious deadpan delivery of the Captain’s tour highlights. Not much outside space but we were glad to be inside as it was a wet day.

Great sites, bad guide - The tour guide did not seem to want to be there and was not very helpful. There was no USB charging as promised, and they turned off the AC halfway through! When any question asked to the grumpy old man using his umbrella to walk was asked it came with a very unhelpful and very grumpy response. Would never recommend it due to you won't know what tour guide you would receive.

Sightseeing River Tour - It was an interesting & entertaining tour by the sightseeing guide, but it’s a shame it was only half an hour long. Worth doing once.

Average experience - It’s not a continuous tour and has an unnecessary break. While the commentary was light and funny - was very disjointed and half baked. There is so much you can do properly.

Poor customer service -
I was deeply disappointed by the conduct of the staff member assigned to Gate B today. When I politely asked to confirm I was in the correct waiting area, I was met with hostility and profanity, including being called a 'f. idiot' This behavior reflects extremely poor customer service and a lack of basic manners. I hope the situation is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
