A Great Way to Explore London - A Fantastic Way to Travel Through London! 🚤🌉 I recently used the Uber Thames Clipper Boats with my wife for a weekend Anniversary trip to London, and I was genuinely impressed! It was such a relaxing and scenic way to travel through the heart of London. The boats were clean, spacious, and ran right on time — a refreshing change from the usual hustle and bustle of the Underground. The staff were friendly and helpful, and boarding was smooth and well-organised. I loved being able to enjoy iconic views of landmarks like Tower Bridge, the Shard, and the London Eye from the water — it made even a regular journey feel like a mini sightseeing tour. Booking through the Uber app was quick and easy, and the pricing felt very reasonable considering the comfort and experience. I’ll definitely be using the Thames Clippers again — it’s now my favorite way to get around London! Highly recommended for both locals and tourists! 🌟

Exceptional! Highly recommended! - Exceptional!!! We needed assistance with booking tickets online, while being assisted with loads of patience and lots of laughs we had a medical emergency… Malkedt was of great help, called emergency services, answered all the questions until everyone was comfortable that all was ok and no further assistance was needed… When we returned to proceed with our excursions the next day he remembered us & immediately asked about the welfare of my Mom after the previous day’s incident. A true gem with a heart of gold! The hop on hop off option on the water uber worked great for us and is highly recommended for anyone with limited time in London to see as much as possible! Ferry - Norman is a mad lad. Great guy. For real. One hundred characters kinda crazy. Maybe make it a bit less next time but that’s just my opinion.

Yusef - I went in the boat with my autistic son and the member of staff called Yusuf was amazing. He spotted that my son had special needs before I mentioned it. He gave us a priority ticket so that he wouldn't have to wait too long and he personally escorted us to the front of the queue. Yusef made our experience so much better and is a really assertive to the team. We got on the boat at London bridge and got off at greenwich

Love Uber Boat - Love travelling by Uber Boat whenever its convenient. A bit pricey now but more frequent services out to Putney since Uber took over and it's a wonderful way to show visitors London. Staff are generally excellent. It would be nice if the windows could be cleaned more frequently and how about some announcements using the screens or even leaflets showing the major points of interest on either bank

A good voyage on the Thames Clipper - but watch out when booking!! - The overall experience was good, the crew were courteous and helpful, the bar staff as well, no issues with boarding or disembarking, and the trip was very enjoyable, with wonderful views. The best way to see the River. BUT BEWARE - the word 'Concessions' does not have its usual meaning here. You need to have a London postcode or Oyster Freedom Pass (only available to London residents). People of 60 and over from other parts of the UK - you will pay full fare!!! I feel this needs to be made MUCH MORE APPARENT on the booking details.

Loong waits - Boats always full and delayed. Timetable said boats every 15 to 25 minutes but we had to wait for more than one hour instead
