A must do activity if you are visiting London!!! - I did the climb with a friend, I was a little bit nervous doing the climb as I am Type 1 Diabetic and have to take my supplies with me. Our guide, Owain, put me at ease straight away! He made the experience, fun, and answered any questions we had about the surrounding area and what we could see - very knowledgeable! All in all the experience was a little bit expensive (with the ticket and a Prosecco drink at the top!), but it was so worth it! I would 100% recommend getting a drink and having a little celebration at the top, it makes completing the climb, and taking in the skyline of London just that extra bit special. We did the sunset climb, which was so beautiful. All in all, this was an amazing experience and I will 100% be back!

O2 climb - What a wonderful experience! Right from the start the staff were smiley and helpful. Our guide, Owain, was brilliant… very knowledgeable and good fun. He made us feel very safe. The safety checks were thorough and he kept us well informed of what we would be doing. The views from the top of the O2 were amazing and Owain provided a great commentary of all the surrounding buildings and their history. A fab day out! Thoroughly recommend it!

Something different and interesting to do in London - Really challenging experience for me as I am afraid of heights and have a mobility issue with one leg. Our terrific guide Karl (with a K!) was really helpful, professional and friendly. Safety is taken seriously and each person’s harness is thoroughly checked before starting the climb. To be honest I was so busy focussing on getting the metal ‘C’ part of the safety harness attachment over the constant bumps on the wire you are attached to I didn’t have time to think about being scared. At the top the view is great. Karl pointed out landmarks to us and told some stories. He also took photos with our cameras for us if we wanted. One thing I recommend is to wear gloves. They have them available for use at no extra charge. The metal cable you hold onto is quite hard so the gloves were very useful and I think helped prevent my hands getting sore or chafed. Going down is steeper towards the last section but we climbed down backwards which seemed the easier way to do it. My friends and I really enjoyed the experience and I felt a good sense of achievement. Would totally recommend it as something different to do in London.

Spectacular Views - Fun climb, Owine was fantastic. The views from the top are spectacular. They go out rain or shine. We got a little of both. Highly recommend.

Safe and amazing - I was climbing up with an excited just turned 8 year old. No other children were climbing which turned her super competitive to keep up with the adults. The guided tour Martin was superb; he was polite, patient and helpful. While my daughter struggled to concentrate on the speech, he didn’t get annoyed; he was understanding and polite. This continued as we came down. My daughter fell down on her bottom. He saw this and help with the chain while I held her up; most of the way down.

Karl with a K or Dr. Ross Geller is that you? - We had an absolute blast climbing the O2 with our guide Karl (yes, Karl with a K, because apparently that makes him cooler and more aerodynamic at high altitudes). From the moment we started, Karl set the tone with a good joke — the kind that makes you laugh and question your life choices for laughing. The vibe throughout was calming, funny, and perfectly balanced. He handled all the random climbing gear business like a pro — harnesses, clips, mystery carabiners, whatever those things were — and made sure we felt safe the entire time. What we really appreciated was his timing. Karl somehow knew exactly when to swoop in with fun London facts or safety checks, and when to just let us take in the view (or question our leg strength halfway up). He even took a few great photos for us — though we’re still waiting for him to tag himself in them as “The Legend of the O2.” And apparently, Karl’s a bit of a TripAdvisor celebrity who spends his Saturdays reading reviews. So Karl, if you’re here, this one’s for you: High-five from across the Time-Space Continuum! Hope you’re enjoying your well-earned beer, you glorious rooftop guardian. 🍺 10/10 would climb again — as long as Karl’s there to make sure we don’t accidentally invent new ways to fall

Excellent, a great day out - Fantastic experience with my friend who has limited mobility and terrified of heights. Our guide Karl was fabulous, so encouraging, professional and funny. Really instilled confidence in my friend and stayed with her when she found things tricky. Gave an excellent review of the sights from the top. Health and Safety are a top priority. Felt really safe. Karl gave us an excellent demonstration and helped up with putting on the harness etc. All in all a fantastic experience. Would do it again 😁

Fab climb, would recommend 👌 - We bought some vouchers for my friend's birthday and completed the climb yesterday as part of a girl's day out. It was easy to book and the experience was much better than I thought it would be! The weather was perfect so that helped. Our guide Theo was great, he really made us laugh and shared lots of great facts about the O2. He was super friendly and helpful and really made the experience for us! Fab views from the top along with a glass of prosecco, perfect. Would absolutely recommend... p.s, definitely go for the gilet and not the jacket. Much more stylish 😎
