Westminster Abbey Experience - The views were amazing, we took a lot of photos, we were not aware of the large amount of famous people buried there… Very good crowd control, excellent time…

Westminster - Beautiful experience. The audio option helped however I was disappointed not all of the monarchs interment were labeled. The architecture was simply amazing. It was fun to walk the halls and discover small rooms of history.

Abby - This was just an ok “tour” that we took with audio guide- which is needed. It was very short for what we paid.

Must see while visiting London - Breathtaking architecture inside and out. With an audio guide in several languages there is nothing more to do than just go around the Westminster Abbey and enjoy it Take some pictures or buy a book, your choice. Next time I will buy a book and let immerse myself in the beauty around me. Definitely worth visiting.

Amazing but very, very crowded. - We waited in a long line-cold and windy- for the self-guided audio tour for twenty minutes, only to see other visitors entering in a second entrance. I do not know if they were having a tour or not. I asked the employee why they were getting to more quickly enter and was told - "they bought their tickets on Westminster Abbey's website: Should check out both website before purchasing any type of tour,

Good tour if the crowds could be controlled better - The whole booking and ticketing process is 5 star but the experience wasn’t very good hence why I’ve scored it 3 stars. That’s nothing to do with Viator but the Abbey itself. They need to control the people going in better and slow them down around the various sections on the tour , it was so congested throughout I found myself out of sync with the audio and skipping queues and missing parts of it.

As a third party vendor... - As a third party vendor (e.g. Viator) these are low priority tickets, and will not get entry until Abby direct purchase tickets (same price) have entered. Had 9:30am tickets, but waited in line until 10:15am. By that time, the Abbey was packed. Later tickets would have been better. Enjoyed the architecture and the history. The audio guide is the only way you’ll know which tombs/crypts you can see.

Buy the Tour directly from the Abbey if you can! - The visit to the Abbey itself was OK- somehow expected more. ANY tickets NOT purchased directly from the Abbey immediately changes the line you wait on, even though you are given a set time. We waited on the line and got into the Abbey about 45 minutes after our allotted time. All the tickets not sold at the Abbey were exchanged for an Abbey ticket AND we were given the audio tour package, which is part of the general admission ticket. Bottom Line- plan early and buy the tickets from the Abbey directly- you get the same deliverables with NO line and the audio is included as well as a CHEAPER price.

Don’t purchase tickets for this experience through Trip Advusor - This was my 3rd time at the Abbey and the Abbey never disappoints; however, going through TripAdvisor was not the way to go for this experience. We were taken out of one line and placed in a LONG line to get in because we had “third-party tickets via Trip Advisor”. We had purchased tickets for a 9:30 am entrance and that was disregarded due to our “third-party vendor”. We entered at 11 am. Not fun to wait in the LONG line for 2 hours (we got there early). I would purchase Abbey tickets directly from the Westminster Abbey site from now on.
