Your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the scheduled pick-up time, assist with your luggage, and drive you to Stonehenge before continuing to Southampton.

On the way to Southampton, your driver will make a dedicated stop at Stonehenge, a world-renowned prehistoric monument and UNESCO World Heritage Site, featuring a mysterious stone circle over 4,000 years old. Upon arrival, your driver will guide you to the entrance, where Stonehenge staff will be available to assist you. A shuttle bus, included in the price of your entry ticket, operates between the parking lot and the monument.

From the moment your driver drops you at the site, you will have 75 minutes to explore at your own pace, taking in the fascinating history and stunning surroundings. Please ensure you return to the parking lot within this time, as extended waiting fees will apply thereafter. If you wish to spend more time at the site, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate this.

After your visit, your driver will be waiting at the parking lot to take you to Southampton Cruise Port or your hotel in Southampton.

Please note that admission to Stonehenge is not included in the price of the transfer and must be purchased in advance through the official Stonehenge website. The drive from Central London to Stonehenge takes approximately 2 hours 30 minutes depending on traffic, so we recommend selecting a time slot approximately 2 hours 30 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time. Stonehenge generally opens at 09:30 AM, though opening times may differ on the summer and winter solstices. Please check the official Stonehenge website for up-to-date information on your visit date.

Service Coverage

This private service is valid one-way between Central London and Southampton Cruise Port. Please note that our standard pick-up service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, we kindly recommend contacting us in advance for confirmation and pricing.

Each passenger may also bring one handbag or backpack.

Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles, foldable or non-foldable mobility scooters may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle.

If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety.

It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting.

Service Limitations

• We are not liable for missed cruise departures. If your cruise ship is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and a new booking will be required.
• Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion.
• Please note that last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will depend on driver and vehicle availability at the time of request.
