Passengers are asked to return to the parking lot within this time, as extended waiting fees will apply thereafter. If more time at the site is desired, passengers are encouraged to let the operator know in advance, and every effort will be made to arrange this.

After the visit, the driver will be waiting at the parking lot to take passengers to Southampton Cruise Port or their hotel in Southampton.

Please note that admission to Stonehenge is not included in the price of the transfer and must be purchased in advance through the official Stonehenge website. The drive from Central London to Stonehenge takes approximately 2 hours 30 minutes depending on traffic, so a time slot approximately 2 hours 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time is recommended. Stonehenge generally opens at 09:30 AM, though opening times may differ on the summer and winter solstices. Passengers are advised to check the official Stonehenge website for up-to-date information on their visit date.

Service Coverage

This private service is valid one-way between Central London and Southampton Cruise Port. Please note that the standard pick-up service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee. Luggage Allowance

The fleet is designed to accommodate both passengers and their luggage comfortably.

Luxury - up to 2 passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.

Each passenger may also bring one handbag or backpack.

Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles, and foldable or non-foldable mobility scooters may not fit in standard vehicles. Passengers are asked to inform the operator in advance so a suitable vehicle can be recommended.

If total luggage exceeds the allowance for the booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety.

It is therefore very important that passengers inform the operator of the exact number and size of their bags in advance. The luggage information should be read carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in luggage not fitting.

Service Limitations

• The operator is not liable for missed cruise departures. If a cruise ship is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and a new booking will be required.
• Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at the passenger’s discretion.
• Please note that last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will depend on driver and vehicle availability at the time of request.

Summer solstice (late June)

Stonehenge is at its busiest of the year around the summer solstice in late June. If the travel date falls in this period, passengers are asked to read the following before booking.
Entry tickets are not included and must be purchased in advance. Tickets are not sold at the gate, and the site sells out.
The 75-minute stop included in this transfer may not be enough at this time of year. Queues for the shuttle bus between the visitor centre and the stone circle can be long.
Additional time at the site may be subject to an additional fee.
