My 4 grandkids loved it! I let the two oldest do the driving. It was so much fun, we shall come back it was amazing

The sign in process to rent the swan was too much. The total process to 20 minutes to sign up for me and my 2 kids.

On fri 17th April, we arrived an 1.5 hours early for the swan boat ride at 7pm there was an event on and there where many road closures, we tried to ring to speak to someone about alternative routes, but only a messsge service was available, no communication has been received back.No notification has been given in tegards to the event.
I also chatted with company viator who organised the booking initially, we did not make the boat ride after trying to get to the destination, as we are from another country, we where only in that area for two days, so now can not make it!
I would appreciate a refund, Thankyou!

I paid for this option and the boat was not working correctly where it would just do pretty much donuts around the same space which I had to leave the boat midpoint and walk back towards the front and I was not offered a refund
