very nice place! - I came down here with my great grandmother all the way from sacramento. She is originally from west covina and brought me down here for the weekend. the queen mary had been on my bucket list for a few years so she took me. our tour guide was very nice and funny. we went on the paranormal tour that came with the general admission. overall, very nice place.

Haunted Encounter Tour - Took the 1 hour Haunted Encounters tour and our guide Roger did a fantastic job of storytelling! I don’t think the tour would have been the same without it.

Worth the money. - Roger was our tour guide and he was awesome! The way he would tell us stories about the ship definitely added a more creepy element to the already uneasy room. He also would tell us all sorts of facts about the ship. Answered all our questions with knowledge. He was truly one of the best guides I’ve experienced. 10/10!! Definitely will come again.

Loss heart - Had a great experience. Out tour guide was very knowledgeable and we got to see amazing things around thr ship. I've done this tour before bit saw different parts of the ship this time and learned new things as well as revisited the old amazing sites. Did loose my heart shaped diamond hoop so if you find it its not part of the haunting but please return it to the front desk. They jave my information to return it. Took photos with some amazing orbs and shadows. Jave a great time...

Pretty, fun to explore - It was a self guided experience which is nice if you want to explore, but they cut off the engine room early I think due to a special event so I’d say plan ahead. As well as keep in mind you’ll be going up and down a lot of stairs which are steep. It is very pretty, but may be difficult to navigate for your first time. We had fun but would maybe do a guided tour next time.

The historical Queen Mary... - The historical Queen Mary is a sight to behold. She holds her own as she gloriously rests along the Long Beach shoreline. Breathtaking on approach, the wind was quickly deflated from our hopeful sails when the person working the front podium exuded such negative and unfriendly vibes, we nearly turned around and left. Once aboard, though, we were happy to have persisted as EVERYONE else was extremely welcoming and gracious, particularly Marvin in the gift shop and Leo, our waiter, as well as the female bartender in the Promenade Cafe. We didn’t have a great deal of time to explore, but we left at sunset for a pleasant and relaxing stroll back to our hotel, which was less than a mile down the walking path by the water. After hearing about the possibly haunted areas of the ship, we probably wouldn’t stay overnight, but for the paranormal enthusiasts, it’s a must do!
