Setting Sail on a Dolphin Adventure

As a family travel writer, I’m always on the lookout for activities that promise both fun and education for the whole family. So when I heard about the Dolphin Tour in Longboat Key, I knew it was a must-do for our next family adventure. The dolphin leapt out of the water alongside us, much to the delight of my kids, who couldn’t stop giggling with excitement.

A Day to Remember

As we sailed back towards Coquina, the sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the water. It was the perfect end to a perfect day. Chad’s knowledge and passion for the ocean had made the trip not only educational but incredibly fun. My son, an aspiring photographer, was thrilled with the shots he managed to capture, thanks to Chad’s efforts to position the boat for the best views.

The boat was spotlessly clean, and Chad had ensured we were all familiar with the safety procedures before setting off, which put my mind at ease. As we disembarked, we all agreed that this was an experience we would never forget. The Dolphin Tour had exceeded all our expectations, and we left with a newfound appreciation for the incredible marine life that calls this area home.
