The experience was pretty good. My 2 daughters wanted to go on a horseback ride for a while and they thoroughly enjoyed it. We had 2 guides and Cass was fantastic. She gave us trail/park facts and answered all questions enthusiastically. The other guide was the opposite. She gave no interesting facts and her answers were very short. It felt like she was being inconvenienced in having to answer questions. She is the reason for 4 stars.
