Great experience - Super cost-effective, time-saving and ultra-convenient energy for large families struggling who want to enjoy the park not having much time

Great option due to flexible cancellation - Viator tickets worked seamlessly, and gave me peace of mind bc unlike tix bought directly from Universal Studios, Viator tix were refundable.

Universal Studios in LA - It's very expensive, of course. But we've seen everything in eight hours. Since we were there shortly after the opening, we could have saved the use of the Expressline, because it was still quite empty on the studio tour. Overall, everything was not crowded. Unfortunately, the trip was not possible at Transformers because of the conversion. The studio tour, Jurassic Park and Harry Potter were fantastic and so was the Waterworld show. Everything else is already more for children, although the adults have of course ridden everything. The food and drinks are completely overpriced. However, you can bring drinking containers and fill them up at a water dispenser. The decoration and atmosphere is overwhelming overall also the two levels make the whole very interesting. If I had to choose, I'd prefer Orlando.

Fairy, magical: we dive into another universe! - What an experience! From the beginning we are immersed in another world. The entrance is well organized and fast despite the world. The staff is friendly and attentive, whether in the park, in restaurants/shops/ attractions. During the holiday season: the decorations were beautiful, the spectaculars incredible! At the level of attractions there is something for everyone. We enjoyed the whole studio, rewarding. It's smaller than Japan's but we have just as much fun! We advise the phone call, a cost for sure, but worthwhile to enjoy the experience thoroughly! To live!

Best of Hollywood - Of the best that exists in the world! Universal Studios Hollywood is a must-see for those who come to Los Angeles. It's one of the best theme parks on the planet. However, buying the express ticket (fast pass for no lines) is an investment that improves the experience to 1000%. It’s perfect for families with teen kids who don’t like Disneyland that much anymore and have also opened many new attractions for all audiences. My favorite part was Super Nintendo World (I recommend buying a Power Up Band in the park to make the most of it). I have come since I was a child and it is always an unforgettable experience.

Top of the page - We had taken the express pass and had not regretted it at all. We were there from 8am so we were able to make some attractions without using the pass so we could do them again in the afternoon. Sure, it's a cost, but no regrets. Top of the line.

fun experience - Universal is a great theme park. It's less about the studios and more about the rides. The studio tour itself hasn't changed in many years. It's more like an interactive ride. Def worth a visit if you're in LA.

Expected more in customer service - We’ve had the opportunity to visit almost all of the Universal Studios parks around the world, and unfortunately, the one in Hollywood was the only one where we experienced poor customer service. Here are two of the most frustrating situations we encountered: 1. Security issue with my daughter: My 8-year-old daughter accidentally ran out of the park, and although I was behind her, I couldn’t stop her before she crossed the exit. When we reached the security gate, the staff informed us that, according to protocol, even though our family was inside, she had to stay outside the park alone and couldn’t re-enter. I tried to explain that she was a child and it wasn’t safe for her to be left alone outside, but they strictly adhered to protocol and told me that even if she were only 3 years old, she would have to wait outside on her own. This situation was not only confusing but also concerning from a safety standpoint. 2. Elevator issue: My younger daughter fell asleep in the stroller, and we wanted to move to the Jurassic Park area, which can only be accessed via escalators or an elevator. Despite the elevator being empty, the staff told us we could not use it and insisted we wake up the baby to go down the stairs. The only option they offered was to wait 25 minutes to see if a person with a disability needed the elevator, and if so, we could use it, but only under the condition that we woke up the baby first. The lack of flexibility and consideration for young children was quite clear. In conclusion, while the park itself is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities and larger than other Universal parks I’ve visited, the customer service leaves much to be desired, especially when it comes to families with young children. The inflexible attitude and lack of empathy in these specific situations made for an experience that fell short of expectations.
