10 out of 10 experience - Our tour guide was Christian and he honestly made this experience 10x better!! It was my group first time riding ATVs so he made sure we had the automatic bikes instead of manual and I'm so glad he did because i struggled with handling the bike in the beginning. I wasn't sure what I was getting self into at first. There was sand and dust everywhere but after about 20 mins I started to get more comfortable. Riding along the beach was sooo beautiful. We stopped to get water and take pics with the camel. You're not allowed to take your own phone which sucks because the pictures they take are VERY expensive but overall I would definitely do this again!!

SUPER FUN - careful of the swindle - The good: I did ATVs with 5 other friends for my bachelor party and the experience was unreal. They let you rip the ATVs and the tour guides are absolute bros. Our group consisted of first timers to advanced riders and we all had a blast. Afterwards the tequila isn’t much but you can buy bottles or hang out at the bar and drink beers/etc. The not-so-good: they definitely try to squeeze/finese every penny out of you. We paid $65 pp and knew about the $25 pp park fee (no biggie). However, they make you upgrade $50 pp if you can’t drive the semi-automatics. They also try to sell you on an $80 pp “upgrade” for a private tour. We didn’t do that and still got the private tour. Also, they’ll try to sell you on photo packages (1 photo cost us $20). We also ended up waiting almost an hour for our shuttle back to our hotel (again, no biggie) but something good to know in case you’re crunched for time. Summary - it was well worth it and a GREAT experience. Be careful not to be swindled by the prices.

Check in took way too... - Check in took way too long to already have reservations. I understand having to sign the wavier. But having to read into a microphone about not paying for extra insurance??? Come on!!

Deceivers - Viator advertised this as $66 per person,but when we got to the check-in kiosk, he tackled on an extra $50 per person $25 was for the “optional insurance “, which turned out to be not so optional. The other $25 were to enter the park, which was not disclosed in the description. The guy at the checkin was super evasive with my questions and was trying to confuse me. He kept speaking English even though I was speaking to him in spanish so that it was easier for him to explain. Do not come here or call ahead for all hidden fees.

Not happy at all - Never showed up!! It was our Christmas plan and they stood us up!! Kids were so upset!! Waiting forever ans no once ever picked us up.
