Great times in Cabo - It was a great experience. We enjoyed the water taxi and seeing glimpses of whales. The beach was beautiful and relaxing.

What a Whale of experience - The crew was friendly and accommodating. They were right on time. Offered as many good opportunities to take pictures. They were nice enough to give us to go the beach or back to the marina. They made sure to all the safety precautions.

Great Exploration - We had a great visit...saw several whales! Our captain was great. This is a great way to explore the coast! This works for all comfort levels and abilities.

Wonderful experience of water, whales, beach and nature. - The experience was great. Saw whales breaching multiple times plus experienced time on beach. Boat crew were informative, friendly and helpful.

Very nice trip, but don’t expect too much - Of course you expect to find Wales close-up, but you have to be very lucky. We saw them just for far not too close and it felt like all the boats were chasing the whales which feel makes us feel sorry for them. It is an awesome feeling knowing this giant creatures are down there and come up to the surface and of course we were hoping to see them. The views in the area are nice and beautiful also asked to see of the arc but the worlds you need to be really lucky to see them. We were not so lucky as we hoped, but it was still a nice experience. Please go only with the big companies since they provide good service don’t fall for the short term scam with little companies.

Ok for the money - This was my 2nd whale watch on my trip and this was ok for the money. The other one had a biologist and I really learned alot so it didn't matter that there was no conversation on this one. We didn't go that far out, no pictures sent to us and a little push for you to buy theirs. Only saw mom and baby, and saw about three pods consistently on the biologist trip.

Fun but wouldn't do it again - We were in Cabo for only 5 hours from a cruise and booked this because it fit the schedule. Overall it's well organized and moves quickly, although we were in a group that was mostly Spanish speakers so little English was spoken.
However when we arrived in Port, we were mobbed by vendors offering the same tour for cheaper and with other options.

Not as advertised - They did not take us to any beach. ( we had a 12pm booking, so the beaches were not
Closed). We watched whales for about 45 mins and went back to the dock

Poor Customer Service - I booked a 2.5‑hour whale watching and Arch tour in Cabo San Lucas, and this company completely failed to deliver even the basics of good customer service. Yes, we arrived about 15 minutes late due to the ship’s tender running behind—something completely out of our control—but instead of showing any flexibility or understanding, the staff offered zero reimbursement and no partial refund of any kind.
They did give us the option of a much shorter 45‑minute Arch tour, which we took, but it was nowhere near the experience we paid for. Any reputable excursion company would offer at least a partial credit or a gesture of goodwill, especially when the delay was caused by something as common as cruise tender timing.
On top of that, this company was very difficult to find. Their “office” was literally just a tiny desk sitting next to the Surfs art piece—no signage, no clear directions, nothing. We wasted valuable time just trying to locate them.
Overall, the customer service was the worst I’ve experienced on any excursion. If you’re visiting Cabo, do NOT book with this company. There are plenty of other tour providers who actually care about their customers and stand behind what they promise.
