Amazing tour! - Wonderful tour! The tour guide met us exactly at the given location and time. The boat had a clear window and you could see so many fish! Amazing views and my family had a great time. Thank you, El Jefe Tours for the great experience!!!

Capt. Raul gave us a... - Capt. Raul gave us a smooth ride to the Arch and back. Saw the pelicans and sea lions. 45 min total. One of those you have to go see excursions.

Book with Raul! - Raul was great he gave us a perfect tour and was friendly totally recommend booking with him! We not only saw the arco but we also had several stories and would stop to show us several rock formations

Great Boat Tour at The Arches of Cabo San Lucas - Captain Raul and his son were WONDERFUL! My Google maps lead us in the wrong direction several times before you sent us a pin in WhatsApp that really helped. We were very late, but they waited and we couldn't have enjoyed the boat ride to the arches at Cabo more!

Highly recommend - Marco was a great guide/captain. The scenery was beautiful and we saw multiple sea lions on the rocks and in the water. Very reasonable price too.

Recommended ride - What surprised me the most was the treatment of the person who took photos and acted as a guide, very pleasant and only 19 years old, and that job is to pay for his university and as he said it was curious the his family are originally from Los Cabos...

Terrible Experience - Terribly, show up on dock D as required at 1:50 pm and the guy “El Jefe” never showed up, lost the money for the taxi to take us there and the money for the ride….. I am not recommending this guy hired thru Viator…

Deceived - Awfull
Booked and the tour operator named el jefe never showed up
I do not understand how a reputable company like Viator didn’t screened better the tour operator
Tour began at 2 PM we were there at 1:45 and left at 2;30 and nothing
At the same dock D another competitor tried to help us but El Jefe didn’t answered neither his phone nor mine
Is unfortunate give 1 ⭐️

Disappointed - We never got to take the tour because the pier where you port is not near the tour area! 45 minutes away!
