Easy to register, transportation service was timely, professional, and friendly driver. The captain and the parasailing crew person were very helpful, patient, and clear in instructions. Everyone made the overall experience very enjoyable.

The parasailing itself was fine. The booking experience was rough. Cabo Parasailing uses a platform called Peek. That was a poor experience. I tried every way possible to book a trip for my daughter and I to sail "double". Nothing would work and every effort ended with an error message about the card failing. I tried multiple cards in Google Pay, virtual cards, and even took the risk of entering a live card number into the app. No success. Messages through the website and Messenger were not returned. We eventually booked by reserving to "single" riders (at a higher cost than a double). We arrived 15 minutes early to the beach as required. No price adjustment was offered for us to ride as a double rather than 2 singles. 35 minutes later I inquired as to when we might be leaving and was told 20-25 minutes. I started towards the hotel to get a snack for my daughter and had to rush back as she texted we were leaving NOW (less than 5 minutes after being told 20-25). On the shuttle boat we had to stop and wait while the captain called the beach to find out if another guest that was riding along with his family had been charged a "passenger fee". Overall the experience felt very disorganized. We have parasailed many times with many companies. This was just an odd experience overall.
