Exactly as described.... - Exactly as described. Trip out to the Arch and a few features. Clear boat gave a view of some fish. Nacho and Enrique were awesome.

Heroes and legends - Trip was smooth to purchase and as expected. Another different boat tipped over and our crew was first and quick to respond to help the survivors. Good job crew.

Amazing… just like the pictures! - It was a very good tour. Short and sweet! Professional, courteous and friendly. Safety was important to them. The only sticking point is the photos they took @ ($25 per picture or $100 for all the digital pictures, which could be 30 or more) just seem excessive but of course it’s so that you would pay for all the pictures. Nevertheless, you are allowed to take pictures with your mobile phone so no pressure. We enjoyed ourselves! Also, no pickup for early tours (8:55 am tour).. contrary to what we were informed by Viator’s rep. So call them directly.

Good times - Went with Nacho, dude was funny, entertaining, was a good time. Everyone on the boat got along and had fun. They do a photo shoot when by the arch, at first I was like ugh, but it ended up being really fun and we even bought all the pictures at the end. Over all we all were happy and had fun. Great job Nacho!! And the dude driving the boat was great too, just can't remember his name lol.

Better if guide was English - Narration is in Spanish didn't get many details about history. A lot of focus is o them taking picture to get you to buy.

It was okay, expensive. - The boat ride was fun and the clear bottom was an interesting addition. However there is nothing really too special about it for having spent a few hundred dollars. They take you to the arch while pointing out the beaches you're passing by. Their main goal is to get you to the arch, take pictures of you with their camera, and then charge you $100 to airdrop them to you. It didn't feel like a special experience, more like a money grab. The people were nice though.

Up charge if you don’t know the currency difference - Tour was great. Side note for ALL new people that will be booking. To start they tried to get a 100 pesos “fee” from my friend but one of the lady’s upfront noticed she was from the area and handed back the “fee” payment. after the tour they WILL charge for any pictures that are taken which is okay but they tried to up charge me. The guy that took the picture told me one price and when i got to the counter it was a different price but in USD and i notice because i know the money exchange different. if you’re not familiar with it they WILL up charge you. i had to stand my ground and they ended up charging me in pesos and charge came out completely different on my bank statement. they rob the people that aren’t familiar with the currency. other then that the view was good.
