Alert your customers of allergens in food you offer - Would have been a 5. Mario was great and the experiences were good. The lunch place caused a problem. One of our members has a peanut allergy and wasn’t aware of peanut ingredients. We ended up in the hospital with a severe reaction. Please make your customers aware of allergens in the food you are offering, especially if the restaurant doesn’t.

Good but a bit different than expected - We started out with a fantastic boat tour of the Arch and surrounding area. George was our main guide and did a wonderful job ensuring we were safe and well informed as he narrated each leg of the excursion. After this we boarded a bus and went to a glass blowing studio where we watched a glass blower and had a chance to shop the beautiful art and glassware on display. We hopped back on the bus and were given a yummy bean and cheese burrito snack and went to San Jose where we ended up in a beautiful village lined with quaint stores of all sorts. We were taken to a jewelry store where it seemed like there was pressure to buy and there was no opportunity to price check around the area to even know if the prices here were even in the ballpark. It just felt strange not to be able to peruse the area. We were then led to a popsicle truck for a cool treat, then on to the Tequila tasting. This was fun and informative but again felt like a sales pitch at the end. Then we were running out of time and our “lunch”, which was actually dinner since it was at 6:00, was super quick, hard to enjoy, but very delicious and authentic. It was a mad scramble at the end, but all in all a good time. We had just hoped for more of a tour around the area instead of a few specific shops. The tour guides and driver were fantastic…very friendly and professional.
