Fun, amazing views of whales! - Our family of 5 had a wonderful afternoon on the snorkeling tour. The boat ride out past the arch was nice. The drinks were plentiful and lunch was good. Snorkeling was fun, tons of fish were around us. Jumping off the boat into the water was a highlight for the kids. On the way back we were lucky to encounter a family of whales and had amazing views of the whales breaching. We loved it!

Recommend with kids! - We booked the Pirate Ship excursion in Los Cabos through our resort, Krystal Grand Los Cabos, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The experience was so much fun from start to finish and is especially great for families with kids. The tour was about four hours in total and felt like the perfect length—long enough to enjoy everything without feeling rushed. The excursion included a really good, hearty lunch and an open bar, which was a great bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the trip. We were taken out to see the famous El Arco, which was beautiful, and along the way we saw lots of whales and even a stingray—such an amazing experience! After that, we stopped at Chileno Beach for snorkeling. The water was clear, and we saw plenty of fish. They provided all the equipment, including snorkels and life jackets, with sizes available for both kids and adults, which made everything really easy and convenient. There was also entertainment on board with games and activities, which kept things fun and engaging the whole time—especially for the kids. Overall, this was such a fun, well-organized excursion with great staff, good food, and amazing sights. The price for everything was good too. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Los Cabos, especially families looking for a memorable and enjoyable day out on the water.

Amazing trip - Booked this via Princess Cruises as a shore excursion. Took 3 teenagers and had a blast. So much fun. Great photo moments, amazing food and drink!

Great excursion - Went with my sister's and this was a great excursion. Food was good, and lots of it, drinks were just as good and as much as you want. This was the highlight of our trip.

Energy!! - Excellent trip. The crew has a lot of energy and they keep the drinks flowing! We got to see many whales! This time of the year is the best to see whales. Thank you for a great time!

Not for Children - The ship ride was great, and the crew was super friendly. I took my 2 boys aged 4 & 7. This is advertised as kid friendly, it is not. There is a picture of a pirate in this ad but there were no actual pirates in the boat. The ride took about 45 min to get to the cove and they had no activities for kids. Just music playing, no entertainment at all. The lunch was good, and the kids at the food provided. Next time I’d leave kids at home and go with friends as this was an open bar.

Glorified booze cruise - The food was really good, staff was amazing but the overall experience fell short. The boat ride took forever to get where we would be staying, the water was FREEZING, it was too deep and dark to see anything and the water was super choppy so it felt like we spent more time fighting the waves. The tour guide we booked with promised us a “treasure hunt” for the kids, where they dive for keys and only one opens the chest. Nothing close to this. We sailed out, the music blasting and drinks flowing, to snorkel for ten minutes (everyone was cold and got out) before eating and heading back. I’d say it’s more a glorified booze cruise than a family friendly excursion.
