It was great, we had a... - It was great, we had a group of 14 so we were the only ones on the boat which made it fun to just have our group! The crew was amazing, fed us some good sandwiches and kept us always having drinks in hand. They did change the time from 10am to 12pm which wasn't a big deal for us, not sure if it would be big deal for others, but all and all I would recommend them and do it again.

Fun in the Sun - Both Joel and Gary were excellent guides and knowledgable sailors. Funny, witty and made the trip all the more memorable. Highly recommend this!

Great day sailing and snorkeling. - Sailing was great! We even saw a manta ray. Beautiful day on the water. Great food too. The crew was awesome. Thank you Joel Roberto and Cpt Gary.

Fun experience, great... - Fun experience, great crew! The only issue was a lack of communication. The tickets said the experience was to begin at 10 am. I received a WhatsApp message saying it would begin at 12. No one responded to my question to confirm the time was correct on the message. The activity began at 12:20. Every thing else was excellent

Absolute THIEVES - They stole our money - This review is about Cabo Travel Experience, (the company you book this trip through), and NOT about Cabo Sailing, who I suspect from other peoples reviews, is a perfectly ethical local company, who are then contracted to run the trip itself. Cabo Travel Experiences are nothing but THIEVES. Their website said that the trip started at 10am, which is why we booked this trip. Most other trips start at 9am and we didn’t think we could get there for 9am due to being on a cruise ship and having to use a tender as the ship can’t dock at Cabo San Lucas. THAT is the reason why we booked this particular trip. However, it turns out that Cabo Travel Experiences are just an intermediary, who pass this booking on to a company called Cabo Sailing. Cabo Sailing always run their trips at 9am and 1pm, so 24 hours before hand, Cabo Sailing emailed us to say that it would start at 9am and we had to be there by 8:45. We did our best to get there for that time, but nearly 5000 people want the same tender so there is a MASSIVE queue. We got the earliest tender we could, then had to walk half a mile to dock F where the sailing trip goes from. We arrived at 9:10 to find no boat and the gate all locked up. Clearly they had left ages ago. We went into a local shop (AlexYeo) who was the kindest lady you can imagine. She spent half an hour trying to help us and eventually managed to get a call through to Cabo Sailing, who immediately sent someone round to her shop. When I showed him the receipt showing a start time of 10am, he took a photo of it and sent it to Cabo Travel Experience and told me that they wouldn't charge Cabo Travel Experience as it was clearly not our fault we had missed the trip. However, Cabo Travel Experience have not passed the money onto Cabo Sailing and simply stolen the money for themselves. When I asked them for a refund, they declined saying it was my fault I’d missed the trip and no refund was due. I sent another email saying I’d report them to Trip Adviser for theft and give them a one star rating if they wouldn’t return my money, but they made it clear that their decision was final. After that, they were so unprofessional, they simply refused to even answer any emails. So I reported this theft to Trip Adviser and I sent Trip Adviser all the emails that I had received saying that the start time was 10am. Even the emails they sent saying "We won't refund your money" had the start time as 10am - see attached pictures. UPDATE - Trip Adviser have now told me that they have been in touch with Cabo Travel Experience, who confirmed that the start time was different from the booking, Trip Adviser have told me that they will refund my money, but their email to me (also attached) says they have opened an investigation into the company and suggests to me that they are not happy with how Cabo Travel Experience are operating. My advice to you - NEVER use Cabo Travel Experience. You will lose your money.
