False advertising and extremely disorganized - I booked a snorkeling trip that clearly stated the package included a snorkel mask and a life jacket. I was told to arrive at 8:00 AM, which I did — but no one was there. I waited, confused, until another shop nearby kindly helped me call the company. Only then did they tell me it had been changed to 10:00 AM, and I was never informed in advance. To make matters worse, they said life jackets were not actually included and that I had to rent one separately, even though it was clearly listed as part of the package. This experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Poor communication, last-minute schedule changes without notice, and false advertising about what’s included. I do not recommend this service.
